Khun Artiwara aka "Toon Body Slam” is not only a mega talented rock star and founder of the band Body Slam, he’s also known for his kind heart and charity work. He completed a 55 Day charity run covering 2,215 km that raised 1.1 billion baht for 11 state hospitals. This was with shot with my trusty Fujifilm 23 mm F 1.4 lens. Under these conditions, movement, low light and distance, I was still able to get some very nice shots. Catch at the Four Season is one of my favorite restaurants in Guangzhou and I highly recommend it. The chef explained the locally sourced dishes. The environment is spacious, peaceful with amazing views from the 100th floor. Catch is the perfect spot for a special occasion or to visit with that special someone taken in Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou by @bgnhk

FUEGO-BANGKOK
Fuego where Spanish and Japanese cuisines come together with precision and flare. Diners are seated around an open kitchen and dishes are explained and served by a passionate and friendly team.

The atmosphere is fun, loud, bold, and thoroughly enjoyable. My local friend who brought us, is a regular and the owner offered to do the ordering after gaining some feedback from us.

An evening filled with interesting food, good wine, and lots of laughs. It doesn’t get much better than that.

After moving to Hong Kong in 1995, he held executive chef and director positions at the finest hotel restaurants in the region.
