🏀🔥 SHOOTERS SHOOT! THE GAME IS MEANT TO BE PASSED DOWN! 🎯 #

T. Woods, arguably one of the best shooters to ever come out of NCAA basketball, stopped by the Beast Factory to drop some serious shooting gems on our young athletes! 💎🏀

Becoming a great shooter doesn’t happen overnight. It takes countless reps, discipline, consistency, and the willingness to put in the work to get the results you’re looking for.

With years of firsthand playing experience and years dedicated to teaching the game, Coach Woods understands what it takes to develop elite shooters.

The most rewarding part is seeing someone who’s mastered their craft pass the torch to the next generation. Coach Woods continues to plant seeds of knowledge, confidence, and wisdom that will help these young athletes grow into better shooters and better players.

The knowledge is priceless, but the WORK is still required! 💯🔥

A wise man once said, “The only thing I know is what I don’t know.”

Meaning there’s always room to learn, grow, and get better. 💯🏀

I’ve learned so much from playing this game and from the many coaches and mentors who poured knowledge into me along the way. But this part of the journey never gets old.

As a trainer and coach, I’m not afraid to admit that these kids are teaching me too, in ways they probably could’ve never imagined.

They trust my experience, and I trust the dreams they’re chasing. 🤝🏾

That’s what makes this game special. I may be helping develop them as players and young men, but at the same time, they’re helping me become a better coach, trainer, and mentor.

Never stop learning. Never stop growing. 🏀💯 by @bgreene23

Nothing beats rolling the basketball out and letting players compete.

That’s where you see the instincts, toughness, decision-making, creativity, and competitiveness that drills alone can’t always bring out. by @bgreene23

After training, it’s MANDATORY that the guys hoop! 🏀🔥

But behind the training and the hooping, there are other key things that play a HUGE part in developing a player and those are the things a lot of players have to grow into.

RULE #1: Whatever is in front of me, WE ARE ABOUT TO COMPETE. 💯

RULE #2: Have a CONFIDENT PRESENCE at all times. You don’t have to be the loudest person in the gym, but your presence should speak for itself.

Today, I had some special guests come in and hoop with the boys. We got some competition, a little trash talk, and most importantly, some education.

The goal is bigger than basketball. We’re developing young men who understand how to compete, carry themselves with confidence, handle pressure, and learn from every opportunity.

TRAIN. COMPETE. LEARN. GROW. 🏀💯 by @bgreene23

@the__masonrivers_12 Mic’d up in the lab. Great kid always willing to soak up knowledge and most importantly a hell of an athlete. Not a day in the lab he gone take a day off. Bright future ahead for this young fella. Mason said coach I don’t really care for the mic I wanna work!!!!!! by @bgreene23

Every dog has its day, but the real question is, are you a dog? 🐕🔥

I tell kids all the time basketball is a make or miss game. You’re going to miss shots, make mistakes, and face adversity. The goal is to stay locked in, keep your composure, and never let them see you sweat even when you’re sweating!

Pressure reveals your mindset. Stay confident, stay focused, and keep competing. 💯🏀 by @bgreene23
