I feel like overthinkers don't actually need more advice. We need to sit with ourselves and ask a few questions we're usually too busy distracting ourselves to answer. Especially before a new year, when suddenly we're analysing everything we did, didn't do, should've done, and what we need to fix about ourselves. So here's your little reminder to grab your journal, get brutally honest with yourself, and figure out what you don't want to carry into 2027. And please, don't just read these questions and move on. Pick one that makes you a little uncomfortable and actually answer it. 🤍 Save this for your next journaling session. overthinking, overthinking journal prompts, journal prompts for anxiety, anxiety and overthinking, mindset reset, mindset shift, self reflection questions, deep journal prompts, self awareness, emotional clarity, stop overthinking, end of year reflection, 2027 reset, 2027 goals, personal growth, mental wellness, journaling for mindset, inner work, self improvement #Overthinking #JournalPrompts #MindsetReset #AnxietyRelief #2027Reset by @bhaaavs_

Your brain can turn a 10-minute task into a full-blown character development arc. 😭 You know what you need to do. You’ve thought about doing it. You’ve probably made a new plan to do it. And somehow, you’re still not doing it. The solution isn’t always more discipline. Sometimes, you need to make the task easier to START. Try shrinking the first step, deciding exactly when you’ll do it, removing friction beforehand, or committing to just 10 minutes. You don’t have to fix your entire life today. Just make the next right action easier to take. Save this for the next time you’re stuck in a procrastination spiral.*nd send it to the friend who needs 3–5 business days to start one task. 🫡 Follow for practical ways to become 1% better, without turning self-improvement into another full-time job. psychology tricks, how to stop procrastinating, how to be more disciplined, productivity tips, practical psychology, habit building, how to build better habits, make hard things easier, beat procrastination, self improvement for women, personal growth, behaviour change, 1 percent better, productivity hacks, discipline tips, how to get things done, psychology based habits, Gen Z self improvement #PsychologyTips #StopProcrastinating #SelfImprovement #ProductivityTips #PersonalGrowth by @bhaaavs_
