📍Noir, Manchester M17 1DQ The interior? Stunning. Sophisticated, and ambient — the kind of place that looks made for content. ✨ But unfortunately, the food and service didn’t match the setting. The food arrived cold, and honestly, it just didn’t taste fresh. The overall quality was a real let-down. The drinks were another disappointment. They tasted extremely syrupy, almost like pure syrup. We sent them back and had them remade… but unfortunately, they tasted pretty much the same. When we raised our concerns, we spoke with the supervisor, manager and chef. The only solution offered was to remake the food — but by that point, it would have meant wasting even more food when we were already unhappy with the experience. And that’s where I feel the situation could have been handled better.
