8 mile Long run on vacation.
Negative splits here because of:
1. Too much alcohol the day before (lol)
2. Dehydration
3. Not great sleep
4. Impatience at the start
5. And so many other negative things I could focus on

But the run still happened. The process is still ongoing.

29 | dad x2 | making #breakfast with Gracie - blueberry chocolate chip #bananabread.

These bananbread loaves were perfect for the morning meal prep. Super quick, nutritional and #delicious! Recipe:

3-4 very ripe bananas, (medium/large)
½ cup unsalted butter, (8 Tbsp) at room temperature
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts
½ cup raisins
