Here is how I used 1 hour per day to prep for the Kansas Mid-Am one week out.

Day 1: ball striking with short irons and wedges.

Day 2: long irons and tee shots. Try to gamify hitting a ball off the tee with some pressure.

Day 3: 20 minute check in with @coachmogolf on swing changes. Workout with @jeff_flagg to get the body right.

Day 4: short game and short putting. Working on getting the ball in the hole after tough shots around the green.

Day 5: casual golf with the family.

Day 6: rest up!

Still working on what I need to be successful before a big tournament. Share any suggestions you might have. by @bhotaling7
