6/8 done

fun stuff of the semester
- got a fish!
- performed with the jazz band!
- presented my research findings at American Physiological Society!
- peer reviewed with Dr I all day (sat and yapped in a chick fil a)
- my best friend got most outstanding track performer

more emotional stuff
I finally this semester got back into the full swing of running and finally at the end of indoor/beginning of outdoor began hitting times I had been hoping for. I tried steeple which after YEARS of saying I hated track I fell in love with track again maybe even more than xc. Sadly I ended up tearing my acl, mcl, and meniscus and had to get surgery. The procedure went well and I should hopefully be back this cross season with a 50% stronger than before acl, excitement to be back, and drive to not be taken away from the sport again❤️💛 by @bhr0603

I had the amazing opportunity to share my research at the American Physiology Society in Baltimore this past weekend. Super thankful to be able to research what I love and be given the opportunity to share my findings with others! taken in Baltimore Convention Center by @bhr0603
