Ironman 70.3 European Champion! 🏆
I’m so incredibly happy with this result.
It’s the result of all the hard work over the last few weeks.
I’m so grateful to everyone who supports me. First and foremost, my family, my sponsors and my supporters! It wouldn’t have been possible without you. Thank you so much!

The race, set in a beautiful landscape, threw every kind of weather at us - including thunderstorms.
I’m very happy with my race, even though there’s still room for improvement.
Huge congratulations to @marjooolaiine on taking second place, you pushed me right to the end, and to @anastacia_damm_nielsen for finishing third. 👏🏽

5th place at the start of the @t100triathlon season. 🤗
I’m absolutely delighted with the result.
It was an incredible experience. I was given the chance to compete just 1.5 weeks before the race. I flew to Australia at short notice and left my children at home, which isn’t something to be taken for granted.
A huge thank you to everyone who encouraged and supported me!
Bring on the season. 💪🏽🥳

My first IRONMAN 70.3 victory! 🏆

An amazing feeling and above all a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me along the way. It wouldn’t have been possible without you! 💜

What makes this victory truly special is the journey behind it. Just seven months ago I gave birth to my daughter and on the weekend I was able to win my first 70.3. I am incredibly proud of what my body is already capable of again, and deeply grateful for the process that brought me here. 💪

It wasn’t always easy, but this result shows me that it is possible to combine motherhood and professional sport at the highest level. I hope it can be a motivation for other women: you can chase your goals, even after pregnancy.
Trust the process and believe in yourself. 🙏✨

Congratulations also to @lisamaria_dornauer 🥈 and @sarahschoenfelder 🥉 Fantastic performances from both of you! 👏🙌

The @ironmantri 70.3 World Championships are over. 🏊🏽‍♀️🚵🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️
Unfortunately, the day didn’t go the way I had hoped. I simply didn’t have my best day and in a world-class field, that’s just not enough to be up there fighting for the top spots.

Still, huge respect to everyone who made it across the finish line on this challenging course. 💪

For now, it’s time to switch off, recover and recharge. Then it’s back to looking ahead, because the season isn’t over yet. 🔥

A huge thank you to everyone who supports me along the way and is always there for me! 💜
