I am so glad you’re here 🌹

A few years ago, I was leading a multi-million € company… on paper, everything looked perfect.

Inside, I was exhausted. Disconnected. Running on a loop that didn’t feel like me.

That unraveling became the doorway — into the work I do now, into the life I live now.

One that’s slower, truer, and rooted in the body.

Swipe through to meet me properly 🤍

Tell me - are you in a season of pushing through… or finding your way back to yourself?

Imagine arriving in Portugal this November and for four days being fully supported in returning to your aliveness.

You wake up overlooking the Atlantic.
Your mornings are for moving, breathing and going deeper into yourself.
Then lunch in the sun, a walk down to the beach, long dinners and honest conversations with a small group of leaders who are just as willing to be real.

There will be laughter and tears, movement and stillness, good food, moments of release, and moments where you suddenly see yourself in a completely different way.

This is AWARE 🦋

For the second time, in collaboration with @conxious.me, we are bringing together leaders, founders, creatives and visionaries in Meco, just 40 minutes south of Lisbon.

Somatic work with me, breathwork with @spathika_, yoga, rituals and connection circles with Conxious visionary and founder @andreastschas, much of it in a dome overlooking the ocean.

AWARE is for those who are used to carrying a lot: responsibility, teams, businesses, families, expectations. And who are curious what comes alive when, for a few days, they get to put it all down.

The work is deep.
But the experience is also nourishing, joyful and very human.

I’d love to have you there 💙

To the wild witches in my life:

The woman who own their power and remember their magic. The ones who are not afraid to use their voice and dig deep. The ones who don’t ask me to shrink, play smaller or be less because they are not afraid of us women rising together. The ones who create from pussy power and sheer love for creation. The ones who meet me in the dark and dance with me in in full ecstasy. The ones who are done with the old paradigm of self-abandonment, hustle and limitations. The ones who are radically alive, delulu and wild.

Thank you, sisters ❤️‍🔥
above all
@spathika_
@planetbibi
@bianca_frauensache
@inesroquedovalle
@anca.katara
@sarahtravelled
& main witches from another decade @sil_viuzza & @julialu

As well as the incredible women from our AURORA collective - founders, entrepreneurs, scientists, leaders who are reclaiming their inner wisdom and wildness while leading and building businesses of the new earth.

And the many women who I had the honor of guiding, co-creating with and journeying alongside through many, many retreats and deep immersions.

We will rise again ❤️‍🔥

You arrive in the afternoon. By sunset, the fire is lit, dinner is on the table, and so is the first question: what am I ready to release?

That’s how Aware begins. From there, the days unfold slowly. Breathwork and sound. Walks along the cliffs. Long shared meals, and nowhere else to be.

On day three, we dream a little bigger: what do I want to create, and what do we want to build together? A day for your own vision, and for the future of Conxious.

And on the last day, one question to take home.

👈 Swipe through all four days.

Only a handful of places left.

Bianca gets you into your body, Andi gets the conversations going, and somewhere along the way Sonia makes sure everyone breathes out.

Meet the people holding Aware.

Four days on the wild coast of Sesimbra, and three people making sure you leave clearer than you came.

@biancagfrei is a former CEO with 13 years in tech, so she knows what you might be arriving with. Warm and direct, she guides the somatic sessions and the vision work.

@andreastschas founded Conxious and holds the circles on the future we’re building together. Real people, real conversations, no stage.

@spathika_ brings the breathwork and sound journeys. A Gestalt therapist with a presence that is grounding and clear, she makes it easy to drop in and settle.

See you in Meco.

250 humans. 2 days full of feeling, dreaming, and opening a field of connection together.

Our first Conxious (@conxious.me) Picnic is a wrap.

Our premiere event bridging business and consciousness. Bringing soul and strategy, emotions and ambitious visions into one room. A space where dreams were shared, new perspectives opened, and there was room to feel, question, connect, and imagine what’s possible.

And even 2.5 weeks later, I’m still integrating…

It was my first time co-creating an event of this kind and, even more so, holding space for such a large group of humans. And I won’t lie: it was intense!

Not just the preparation or the two days themselves. As a deeply sensitive person, I found that what came after challenged me the most. The processing, the integrating, the making sense of everything that had moved through me.

And yet, what an experience! As always: many learning, many blessings ❤️

Some of my reflections deserve more space, and I’ll share them in time.

For now, I simply want to say: thank you…

To every single person who joined us for this first edition and helped bring this field to life.

To our incredible Conxious co-creators and all the supporting witches who poured their magic into this: @anca.katara, @spathika_, @anna_kos_live, @holistichairdressing_, @malena.harig, @luisazzoe & many more.

And of course to the @conxious.me team who made it all happen: @kat.wimmer, @hermanngams, @andreastschas & @nickylicioux.

Just as I thought this wild summer eclipse season was finally wrapping up…September came around. And it surely had some spice, messiness and unexpected turns in store 🌶️ – all while organizing the biggest event to date (damn, my brain is really not made for so many details 😵‍💫).

In the insanity of it all, as always grateful for the best humans around, endless sunshine and glassy almost Indo-style waves (damn Portugal kept giving this September 🤌).

Surfing all the waves of life, I guess was again the teaching of this month.

Ready and off to Vienna tomorrow, facilitating the biggest @conxious.me gathering with 250 leaders, founders, visionaries, and pioneers ready to shape a new economy rooted in inner trust, clarity, and connection.

Let’s go @conxious.me

Also incredibly excited to see my soul sister @spathika_, some ladies from the Aurora collective and the @conxious.me team 💖 by @biancagfrei

After months of dreaming, believing and building toward it, it’s finally happening in less than two weeks: business and consciousness, intellect and emotion, economy and soul sharing the same stage.

Our first-ever Conxious Picnic.
Our opening act and pioneer project.

2 days. 250 humans. The invitation to dream stupidly. A line-up of voices that’s a genuinely unusual mix. Body, mind, and soul invited.

We are almost ready and genuinely looking forward to spending these days together.

To our team, thank you for the joy of building this together: Andreas Tschas, Bianca Gfrei, Katharina Wimmer, Hermann Gams, Nicole Berger, Andrea Wyss & more.

And to every voice and artist shaping these two days, thank you already for making it real: Matthias Strolz, Bettina Ludwig, Andreas Schuster, Charly Kleissner, Dr. Thomas Funke, Annette Scheckmann, Rupda, Johann ‚Hansi‘ Hansmann, Hanno Lippitsch, Anca Katara, Christiane Wenckheim, Bibi Brzozka, Sonia Spathika, Mag. Anna Kos, Georg Kopetz & everyone bringing their presence.

Curtain up in two weeks.
We can’t wait 🪩

PS: Know someone who belongs in this room? A few last tickets left, application only. Send us a message or visit conxious.me/picnic. See you in Vienna, soon.

One of the things I care about most in building Conxious (@conxious.me) is bringing in the voices traditional business spaces leave out.

And I don’t only mean gender or a feminine perspective (though we are doing pretty well on that side too). I mean different worldviews, different backgrounds, different lenses on what business and economy could even be.

Because the future we long for won’t be built by more of the same people thinking the same way.

So I couldn’t be more excited about having my dear friend Bibi Brzózka (@planetbibi) at our first big Conxious event in Vienna. She’s an international intimacy and connection pioneer, and thousands of women have found their way back to themselves through her work.

Exactly that - real human connection - belongs to the new economy more than almost anything.

We vibe on many levels but also on the journey our lives took. Bibi spent 15 years in finance and banking, between Vienna and New York, before her path called her deeper.

We share that path. From the inside of the system to the inner work underneath it.

Can’t wait to have you ❤️

Recently on a podcast I got asked what’s hard about building Conxious (@conxious.me).

Conxious is a community of 150 founders, investors, leaders, artists and visionaries shaping a different tomorrow. The one thing they share is a commitment to inner work as the foundation. You’re in because you’re on your own inner journey and you live it. Then you take it to the spaces you shape.

It sounds beautiful, and it is.

It is also full of questions we haven’t answered yet.

Here are some unpolished answers:

1. How do you know if someone really looks inward?

It’s one thing to run from retreat to retreat and do all the things that are supposed to be “spiritual”, it’s another thing to actually live it. In the first months of growing Conxious we selected members on intuition. As we grow, intuition alone isn’t enough anymore.

How do we recognise real self-reflection without it turning into judgement?
How do we keep the process supportive without it going rigid?
How do we identify the “real”? And is there such thing?

2. What does diversity mean once you go deeper?

One in three memberships is a scholarship, funded by our founding partners. This is how we ensure access beyond financial means.

But how do we select scholarship holders beyond the obvious?

Gender and nationality are the easy part. The harder part is different ways of knowing, different forms of wisdom, different relationships to power, and different ideas of what the future can look like.

3. How to avoid the pedestal trap?

Work in the field of consciousness and people often assume or expect you have it all sorted. When you don’t, the judgement is rather harsh.

Or it goes the other way: you are put on a pedestal and your ideas stop being questioned.

I’ve experienced both. And both aren’t something we’d like to feed.

So we build in public. Building while being brutally human. Not having it all figured out and not pretending to have.

As Andreas (@andreastschas) likes to say, everything is an experiment.

We don’t have answers yet. Maybe we never fully will, because a living community keeps changing.

I’m more than fine with that.

What do you think we’re missing? Tell me below👇 by @biancagfrei

For nearly a decade, Bianca Gfrei led two venture-backed health companies in Europe and the US.

Then she hit a wall that no business strategy or additional supplement could solve:

"The greatest challenge of my career wasn't growing companies. It was learning how to stop abandoning myself, while doing so.”

That realisation changed everything.

She set out to study deeply what it takes to lead and live from a radically different place: a place of inner connection and aliveness, instead of survival and exhaustion.

For the past years, she has been guiding leaders and founders through the terrain most of us spend our lives avoiding:

Not around feeling, but right through it.

Because only if we are coming alive again, out of the collective numbness, we can create, lead and live from a truly different place.

Bianca is one of the people co-shaping Conxious. At the Picnic, she brings that work into the room.

Not a talk about the inner world.
A journey into it.

Through light, sound, and emotion.
From numb to radically alive.

A lot of new faces here.
So I guess it’s time for a re-introduction.

🐚 I’m Bianca - founder since 2012, leadership expert, university lecturer and somatic practitioner working at the intersection of neurobiology, somatic intelligence, and executive development.

I spent 8 years as a CEO. Built two VC-backed health-tech companies in Europe and the US. Forbes 30 Under 30. Top 100 Female Founders in Europe.

I know what it takes to perform under pressure.
And equally, I know what it costs.

I burned out during the most promising chapter of my career, living in New York City and finishing one of the world’s most prestigious tech programs.

What started like a major crisis and collapse became the most important turning point of my life.

It led me into years of deep study with leading experts around the world: somatics, neurobiology, IFS, trauma-informed breathwork, systemic work, and ancient wisdom traditions.

I lived in ashrams in India and Mexico.
Sat in silence for 17 days, multiple times.
Learned how to feel again.
And found more and more the answers my old systems never could give me.

Today I bring together years of building at the frontier, deep somatic training, and embodied wisdom that doesn’t only come from coaching certificates or training hours...but from having walked the path of unbecoming, and rebuilding from the inside out.

I work with leaders and organizations who’ve hit the wall where more strategy, more hustle, and more optimization stops working.

I also love to share some knowledge, lecturing at Tomorrow University, and speaking internationally on a new paradigm of leadership and success, including at EU Women in Tech, HLTH Amsterdam, Global Female Leaders, hub:conference Berlin.

What I know by heart today is this:

The answer was never performance OR aliveness.
It was always both.

This is the leadership paradigm I am here to help shape.

– Bianca

PS: Besides my love for emotions, psychology, and leadership, I deeply adore the ocean. I live in sunny Portugal, surf whenever possible, and teach myself to enjoy the small things every day 🌸🐚☕️
