I don’t do many events but this one by @beardfoundation Taste America is happening tmrw 2/24 and I’m representing @littlebanchanshop @bibimbapbar.

What else to represent a banchan shop but a gimbap! “Egg on Egg” is a seaweed rice roll with egg, pickled daikon, and cucumber topped with cured cod roe, scallion, sesame seed. #명란젓김밥

There are still tickets available so catch me there rolling gimbap all night!

Finally my very own hot sauce!!! It’s actually a chili oil using my gochujang from @jookjangyeon_official and my gochugaru that I grow in Haenam, Korea.

It was difficult to make a hot sauce that stayed true to traditional Korean flavors but also can be put on every other cuisine. This sauce works on Chinese food, Indian food, Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican, you name it!

It’s available now at @littlebanchanshop, @bibimbapbar, @pier57.nyc, and online at www.littlebanchanshop.com.

It’ll soon be available at @danji.nyc. Yay!

For the best bibimbap experience:

1. Add in every bit of the addictive gochujang sauce!
2. Mix it all together (the ingredients are seasoned and prepared with this in mind!)
3. Eat with a spoon. Bibimbap with chopsticks can get frustrating!
