august was such a good month! we closed hardbody, brit and I signed the lease on a house and we’re moving so soon (!!!!), I flew to florida for my dads birthday and got to be with my niece and nephew, spent time with friends near and dear to my heart. my heart is full 🥰 by @bibs.here

so we closed hands on a hardbody yesterday. when i say this show caught me off guard, I mean it. the friendships I made in this process are some of the best. I love this group so much.

also, nbd, but the og heather from broadway came and tbh that was surreal. so grateful for the opportunity to meet her.

who knew keeping your hands on a truck for a couple of hours at a time 4-5 times a week could be so fun? taken in Lakewood Theatre Company by @bibs.here

the rest of june and perhaps the first day of july was good. I started a new job this month! I am so grateful and am learning so much. surrounding myself with friends, theatre, and cats (bernie and korra) makes my heart full. taken in Portland, Oregon by @bibs.here

a mid june post because funny girl closed, two lovely souls got married, and spending time with friends fills my cup.
I have big feelings surrounding funny girl, but i’ll just say that it was one of the most transformative times in my life. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to embody fanny brice. by @bibs.here

may made me feel so many things, but one of them is grateful. I turned 32 and spent it with some amazing people. my best friend and parents flew across the country for me, friends traveled to see me on stage - who says i’m not lucky? by @bibs.here

of all the things to happen in april, opening funny girl was one of them. this show means so much to me. we have an incredible cast, crew, orchestra, production team. we all worked so hard to bring this story to life and it brings me such joy to embody fanny brice for some time. taken in Lakewood Center for the Arts by @bibs.here

march has been….. just wow. started rehearsing for funny girl and I am just so so happy. did an amazing staged reading with some lovely ladies, ate incredible food with my love, facetimed with an actual angel, got to spend time with my grease family. really, what could be better? taken in PNW by @bibs.here
