“Hoe ben je zoveel afgevallen?”

Een vraag die ik heel vaak krijg. 🤍

Mijn leven is niet “perfect”. Ik ben nog steeds hard bezig met mijn herstel en merk iedere dag nog de gevolgen van mijn operatie.

Maar juist daarom is routine voor mij zo belangrijk geworden.

Goed eten, bewegen, voor mezelf zorgen en iedere dag kleine dingen doen die bijdragen aan mijn doelen. Niet omdat het iedere dag makkelijk gaat, maar omdat die structuur mij juist helpt op de dagen dat het minder gaat.

Geen perfecte routine. Geen perfect leven.
Gewoon stap voor stap, iedere dag opnieuw. 🤍
