Man, I’m not where I want to be fitness wise. I have stretches where I’m locked in and 100% disciplined, and then other times where I slack off (mainly diet). My weak point is my diet. Working out is the easy part. Although my diet isn’t terrible (snacking is the main issue), I know where I need to tighten up. With that being said, I never make any excuses. I just re-evaluate and make the adjustments. Time to lock completely in! #fitness #lifestyle by @big__shon
Family, I have a 6 year old now. Happy Bday to my lil guy, many more to come! 🥳🎉🎈 by @big__shon
I love my all my folks but I truly dislike busy weekends now lol I’m cool with a day every once in a while but I’m not the person to be out and about every single weekend anymore, I love being home! 🤷🏽‍♂️ by @big__shon

Week 1 of 1st grade. Yes, I made him take pics every morning lol I missed a day because I was in the office. Shoutout to all my millennial parents holding it down for our little ones, and a special shoutout to all the millennial Dads out there. Changing the narrative and making this Dad thing look smooth! Prayers up for our little ones to have an amazing school year! 🙏🏽 #fatherhood #dadlife #blackfatherhood by @big__shon
