Another week done and dusted. 😎

good drop in weight this week, everything’s chugging along smoothly, crazy to think this time last year I was 20kg+ heavier and in a bad position health wise.

One year of consistency and discipline can make a world of a difference if you willing to sacrifice other things to put your health at the forefront.
