We were home in Louisiana last month, visiting New Orleans for my sister’s birthday weekend, and I’m late with my collage post. I’ve been working on being more active at posting again since leaving radio by showing my adventures with the people I love most. Better late than never, right? #Louisiana taken in New Orleans, Louisiana by @bigboychill

Me and my fam @steelers_4_life, participated in @ciclavia - Heart of LA on Sunday, 10/11. It was a 6.5 mile route, that turned into a 12+ mile ride when it was all said and done. Quite the challenge riding up some of the inclines of downtown LA, but worth the experience as we rolled through some historic areas. We were beat when we got home! Also, realized I forgot to get China Town Footage 🙄 #CicLAvia #downtownlosangeles #bikeride taken in Los Angeles, California by @bigboychill

#ThrowbackThursday with two of my day ones. I’m not DJ Big Boy Chill without both of them. I met @dadjokeslivehere in I think 2002, as freshmen in College at McNeese State University. After we hit it off, both in school for Mass Comm, Mike would bring me all of the records @erikteeshow was tossing out at the radio station when records wasn’t really popping anymore. Mike was already an intern at the radio station. Later I befriended another solid brother, (RIP to my big homie Craig Ryan 🙏🏽), who got me an interview to intern. I got hired a year later and Mike came back as a well and we were both blazing the airwaves in our hometown. Erik was/is big brother to both of us. We been down ever since. by @bigboychill

So much has occurred since I relocated to Los Angeles, CA from Lake Charles, LA, in February of 2020. I have a lot I want to tell everyone who has supported me from the beginning of “DJ Big Boy Chill”, along with lots of great stories and testimonies to go along with it. For now, thank you for being patient with me while I figured some 💩 out #djlife #selfdevelopment #growth #development taken in Los Angeles, California by @bigboychill

What’s a post workout burger 💪🏽🍔🍟 without some fresh squeezed lemonade? And not just any lemonade, strawberry lemonade with real fruits 🍋🍓 Now available! I like to add a splash of sparkling water to mine for some fizz.

Also, don’t judge my burger, I’m an at home chef 😂

Happy June 27th 🤘🏽 Let’s make some iced Lavender Matcha with my favorite purple simple syrup, while I honor my favorite DJ and Hip Hop Crew, the Screwed Up Click! 🔩

Today marks the anniversary of the 38-minute freestyle record, “June 27,” in 1996. RIH to Dj Screw, Big Moe, and Big Pokey🙏🏽

I’m from Lake Charles, La., about 2 hours east of Houston, TX, and not only was I a fan growing up, but during my radio career I got to interview many member’s of the S.U.C. And even though I live in Los Angeles now, my heart will always belong to the 3rd Coast 🤘🏽

Chill’s Freestyle Iced Lavender Matcha:
* 1 Tsp of Organic Matcha Powder
* Whisk or mix powder into 2 oz of warm water or milk of choice to dissolve.
* Add in 2-3 teaspoons, or more if you like, of Lavender & Magnolia’s Lavender Simple Syrup and whisk.
* Pour into a glass over ice, and top off with your milk or choice, and some lavender cold foam to really set it off!
* Enjoy!

Does it look like I really liked it, or am I lying for the gram?

I hope y’all didn’t think I was going to keep squeezing all of those lemons and limes by hand like the last video. 👎🚫⛔️🍋 #chillfactorybeverageco #lavender #juicer #freshsqueezed
