Here’s the thing. It took me a year of shaming myself before I sat my butt down and worked on my personal “unique” “magic” “one thing” “special differentiator” 👉🏽And when I did…I can’t describe to you the relief (or joy) it is to never (okay rarely) feel overwhelmed in my own business pursuits. So I KNOW this is not only business, but life changing for you. But if you don’t want to feel disjointed, plateaued, or like you’re literally setting your marketing budget on fire screaming to the (probably wrong audience) world about how freaking qualified and quality you are… ✨And you’d RATHER keep chasing your red threads and and moving toward your next pursuit, platform, investment, team member, endeavor, investor, or even acquisition, (ew buzzwords). ✨WITH ease, full confidence, and more money in your pocket (because you’re not setting it on fire in the marketing hamster wheel) ✨and get TRUE direction and CLEAR RESONATE CONNECTIONS to the people haunting your business dreams. 👉🏽Come do the foundational work of getting clear on your North Star (truest values and purposes) and EASY way to pitch, position, and “sell” (is it really selling if people are stoked??) the light-you-the-eff-up reason y oh started in business to more incredible people… With me, Tonya (hai 👋🏽) at @bigbrandtherapy (And come watch the real time scaling and pivot toward an unhinged creative services business that gets fully carried away (because it’s what we do best) ) You innnnnn? #adhdbusinessowner #marketingsolutions #unhinged #brandingstudio #creativemarketingagency by @bigbrandtherapy
SHE’S LIVE. What 6 months of collaboration and soul searching looks like, part 1 👀 TBH most of my projects finish in 2-6 weeks, but this was the purest form of long term thought partnership and creative collaboration for the official launch of @thewonderbrew - full brand strategy - full audience positioning - full brand identity - full brand messaging - full copywriting of website - fully custom website - art + content direction I’ll Be bombarding feeds for the next foreseeable future because I can’t stop foaming at the mouth over the privilege of working with THE definition of women supporting women. Inspired By: 💅 Barbie movie energy 📺 retro neutrality 💗 the maximalism of not being able to help ourselves help others ✨ the existential crisis of wanting to understand (anything and everything) Go check out Jamie and Tia’s new website to play on an ADHD friendly playground (PS desktop is EVEN MORE fun) And participate in their launch day digital scavenger hunt for a sweeeeet prize! Amazing photos as always from collabing with @mellownectarco #ceoenergy #seattlewomeninbusiness #branding #brandinginspiration #maximalistbrand #logodesinger #brandidentitydesign #messagingstrategy #seattledesigner #womensupportingwomen by @bigbrandtherapy
You’d definitely standout in a saturated digital market if you did something like this idea for a cult-worthy jewelry brand. In 2026 we’re all about bringing physical experiences to the digital consumer age. #creativemarketing #brandideas #jewelrybrand #creativecampaign #jewelrydesigner by @bigbrandtherapy
Calling all creative, probs unconventional, chronically curious girlies who want to make new friends and do things in the real world (is “IRL” dead?) but… Don’t vibe with paint and sip nights Are too broke to concert hop Hate the texture of wet clay (okay maybe that’s just my autism) Are absolutely NOT 5am run club lovers ✨ What if we just got together, made weird little things, collected scraps of paper, talked about our hyperfixation, ate cheese, and called it our social life? Less forced networking and way more parallel play with potential new franz. Anyway dear algorithm please find me people and tell them to DM me. 💌 by @bigbrandtherapy
Social media is shifting from a place to spend our lives online to a place to discover what we want to experience offline. And I think that's a HUGE opportunity for small businesses. The future of marketing is about bridging your digital presence with real-life experiences. Think community events, local brand collaborations, pop-ups, and gatherings that turn online attention into offline connection. Because the best word-of-mouth marketing starts when you give people something worth talking about. #ExperientialMarketing #CommunityMarketing #SmallBusinessMarketing #BrandStrategy #LocalBusiness #EventMarketing by @bigbrandtherapy
ADHD FOUNDERS. A QUICK QUESTION. How are we capable of sending a 12-minute voice note connecting a niche Korean painter, a mildly inconvenient Chipotle experience, and the collapse of an entire industry… But the second we sit down to market our businesses, we suddenly have nothing to say? I have a theory. Maybe we’re looking for our best marketing ideas in the wrong places. Your “tangents” show what you notice Your “rants “ emphasize what you believe. Your hyper-specific opinions double down on how you see things differently (and people OBSESS over that) And somewhere in there might be the exact perspective your dream clients have been looking for. WHOOOAAA that’s brand positioning. Not every tangent we have is a strategy. But some of them contain the beginnings of one. So maybe instead of asking yourself what you SHOULD be posting… Start paying attention to what you can’t stop talking about. #ADHDEntrepreneur #NeurodivergentBusinessOwner #BrandPositioning #BrandStrategy by @bigbrandtherapy
Who was going to tell us that we would or could rewrite an entire generation of misaligned burnout first beliefs? Oops, still following a millennial belief I have to show my face more on the internet, but really so many of us forget that we can build a thriving business that make room for, nay, are built around and FOR our weird bodies, silly brains, and big feelings.. Isn’t that why we started our journey to entrepreneurship to begin with? When along the way, did we let ourselves build differently just to do it all the same anyways?? #millenialwomen #femalefounder #businessmindset #burnoutrecovery #seattlewomen by @bigbrandtherapy
No wonder you’re feeling the identity crisis! You DEFINITELY didn’t start your own business just to become a *slightly* different font version of everyone else in your industry…. Your 👏 hot 👏 takes 👏 ARE 👏 your 👏 BRAND POSITONING The hill you’re willing to die on is the unique perspective that makes building a brand EASY Good branding doesn’t have to invent a personality of thin air…especially with a (yeah you) interesting human founder! Good branding IG about COMMUNICATING what your business ALREADY has built into its SOUL And if your website, visual identity, or marketing aren’t doing that justice… It’s time to talk 💋 #brandstrategy #brandpositioning #marketingtips #creativemarketing #growyouraudience by @bigbrandtherapy
Behind the scenes of a Wes Anderson inspired brand and a💧of the upcoming @dr.tovah brand launch Some brands need a new website. This one also needed the right carpet, film grain, and very specific props. Behind the scenes of Dr. Tovah’s upcoming brand launch: brand strategy, branding, marketing, web design, and creative direction pluuuuus prop sourcing, set building, and on-set photoshoot support. The vibes? Wes Anderson–inspired composition, editorial photography, tactile textures, unexpected color, and plenty of breathing room to focus on subjects. Crafted, literally by hand for a curious behavioral consultant, coach, and keynote speaker. Designed to be credible enough for the stage, warm enough to make you feel welcome, curious enough to make you look twice. From our Seattle creative studio @bigbrandtherapy Got carried away again this time connect everything from the set to the screen. Dr. Tovah’s new brand is coming get excited. ✌🏼 Staring at the same problem for months is a bigger risk than throwing spaghetti at the wall…but what if you didn’t have to do either? How about more time on parts of your business that💡 light you up, working more 1:1 with women, hosting retreats, documenting the craft, creating more journals, harvesting for fall… Waiting to find the right solution, trying it yourself in the hamster cycle of out-of-your-lane effort IS costing you more time + 💵 than hiring a creative expert. “But Tonya there’s so many who do I—“ Me, you choose me and @bigbrandtherapy I spent 20 years looking at how to get up walls, I know how to look at your business differently and make your brand pop (lock and drop) to the top. ✨We have 3 Studio Session intensives left for the whole year. Not doing it alone! 🍾 Let’s frolic around and find out, together! the thing that’s made the biggest difference for me when it comes to building a multipassionate and creative life filled with adventure, travel, and expression is surrounding myself with other people doing the same thing. following and friending more people doing the same thing has shifted what I believe is possible connecting and starting conversations with people (yeah we can still say hi 👋🏽 on the doom scroll platforms) who have failed and tried and failed and rebuilt and kept going has kept ME going sharing inspiration, resources, ideas because we’re all different enough that we don’t have to compete now I want to do that for you, too! ✨🌈🍊🧚‍♂️😬 let’s be friends, you’ve found your people. #multipassionate #creativeentrepreneur #adhdlife #dreams #creativesofcolor by @bigbrandtherapy
