💎 Feathers up, crown high.
I walk with the spirit of my ancestors and carry the flame forward.

JAZZ FEST 2025
I rose in purple, crowned by my ancestors.
I didn’t come to entertain.
I came to awaken.

From the ashes of oppression,
from the rhythm of the streets,
from the fire my grandfathers carried—
I bring you Nouveau Bounce.

This is not a performance.
This is a prayer.
This is a proclamation.
This is the rebirth of a tradition that refuses to die.

Jazz Fest 2025 — the stage was ours, but the spirit was ancestral.

Follow me to walk with the flame.

👑🪶🔥⚜️ **HAIL TO THE QUEENS! THE COST OF THE CROWN!**

**Everybody sees the crown. Few understand what it costs to wear it.** 👑

Behind the beautiful feathers, beads, and breathtaking suits are real women making real sacrifices. Family responsibilities, financial struggles, sleepless nights, personal relationships, and the emotional weight of preserving a sacred tradition.

These Queens give their time, their money, their hearts, and sometimes put their own dreams on hold to keep the culture alive.

**But who takes care of the Queens when the feathers come off?** ❤️

🎬 **HAIL TO THE QUEENS: THE COST OF THE CROWN** goes beyond the beauty to tell the personal stories of the women behind the crowns.

**Their sacrifices. Their struggles. Their triumphs. THEIR VOICES!** 🪶🔥

🔥 KEEPER OF THE FLAME 🔥 🎬

We are not just telling stories. We are preserving legacies, honoring our ancestors, and carrying the culture forward for generations yet to come.

Our history. Our culture. Our voices.

Through cinema, we reclaim our narratives and ensure that the stories of those who came before us will never be forgotten.

This is more than filmmaking. This is a continuation of the culture. This is ancestral responsibility. This is legacy.

👑🪶🔥⚜️ LEGENDS NEVER DIE. THE FLAME LIVES ON!
Me and the legendary Big Chief Donald Claude Sr. 👑
My grandfather, the late great Big Chief Donald Harrison Sr., and Big Chief Claude shared a friendship rooted in our sacred culture and traditions.
Since my grandfather went home to the ancestors, Big Chief Claude has continued to be one of my mentors, sharing his wisdom, knowledge, and guidance as I continue to grow as a Big Chief and community leader.
Being a Chief is about more than wearing a crown. It's about responsibility, humility, leadership, and preserving the traditions our ancestors entrusted to us.
I'm forever grateful to have elders like Big Chief Claude who continue to teach, guide, and strengthen the next generation of leadership.
The elders laid the foundation. It's our responsibility to keep the flame burning! 🔥🪶
Much love and respect to the legendary Big Chief Donald Claude Sr.! ❤️
Ain't new to this. I'm true to this!

1999. My first day as Big Chief of the Guardians of the Flame. 🪶👑
Stepping forward to continue the work of my grandfather, Big Chief Donald Harrison Sr.
I was young, but the responsibility was already bigger than me. The ancestors laid the path. My job was—and still is—to carry it forward. 🪶
Young OG Big Chief. Pretty Big Chief.
Ain’t new to this. I’m true to this. ⚜️
