With a run lead by Sabai Run Club and an ice bath and sauna social lead by Big Chill.

Start with a 5KM city & park run to Lumpini, then head upstairs for Aqua Aerobics, poolside DJ beats, breakfast bites, and Ice Baths by @bigchill.th 🏃🏻‍♀️🪩🧊

Join us at Chulalongkorn University Stadium for an afternoon and evening of running, music, movement, and everything in between.

🏃 Run with Sabai Run Club!

5:00 PM – 5K WORLD TOUR 🌍🎧

Five kilometres. Five countries. Five music genres.

Travel the world one kilometre at a time as they take on a 5K run, with a different soundtrack every kilometre.

🧊 Join The Big Chill!

6:00 PM onwards

The tubs are coming to the festival!

Drop by our ice baths to cool down, reset, or simply hang out before heading back into the music and the rest of the activities.
