Nothing like a hot summer day in the hood (Milwaukee) playing in the fire hydrant water. This is true summertime fun in Milwaukee. Just look at all the kids outside. Man these were good times. #MilwaukeeKid #GhettoChildren #SummerTimeFun #FireHydrant #HotSummerDays by @bigcoacha

Growing up in Milwaukee in the mid to late 90’s early 2000’s Vincent was untouchable in basketball. Although wasn’t far in age you I looked up to guys like @robertyanders , @quzywoozy , @deontetatum , @habit0321 , @tru_east5197 and others. Rob Yanders was one of the most talked about and i remember how good he was because watched him play so many times. As I got older and got into training came across him on IG and seen the big things he was doing and had to reach out and show respect and love and of course he showed love back. RIP Rob Yanders and thanks for all you done with our youth and being a inspiration to myself from a child to adult. Wish we had chance to link man. Rest up my friend. @thebasketballmovement

#TBT if you look closely in this pic you will find

✅ 5 McDonald’s All Americans/ Jordan All Americans

✅ 1 WNBA projected lottery pick in 2024 draft
✅ 1 WNBA Draft pick in 2023 draft
✅ 21 Division 1 players
✅ 3 USA members
✅ 3 Division 2 players
✅ 1 Division 3 players
✅ 1 NAIA player
✅ 2 juco players
✅ 3 HS kids who now have combined over 13 Division 1 scholarship offers.

🗣️🚨 Nobody does Open Runs like Coach A. Therefore beginning next week after “The Workout” (Elite Girls Workout) on Mondays and Saturdays, The Open Runs are back.

Coach A is not back. I’m better baby! Your trainers favorite trainer baby. I showed y’all how to get it out the mud. Lol. Name one trainer who develops like A! I’m talking about proven results. Not just cause you train kids and they young. I’m talking about real accolades or scholarships. Im talking turning kids who wasn’t even college athletes into D1 athletes. It’s about detail and the whys and why not. Not your little drills you show on social media. It’s time baby!

I’ll never forgot someone told me what I built over the years wasn’t nothing… This is just one of the small things I did for women’s basketball.

Don’t ever try to make someone feel so low or belittle them because of something they are going through. by @bigcoacha

My top 5 @WNBA players of all time. Honestly I wld put this 5 against any 5 in the wnba in their prime.

PG- @smith30
SG- @skylardigginssmith
SF- @14_tweet
PF- @coach_pierson22
C- @jelani54

Those Detroit Shock team were so good. youngsters better YouTube tweety Nolan and Katie Smith. Planette was just a beast and so passionate and got buckets and sis Kara Braxton was the enforcer and the big smooth. Cld give you whatever you wanted at anytime. I mean and y’all know Sky gets busy. I cld be bias with the shock team but you just had to be there. Literally. by @bigcoacha
