let talk about the art and craft of maitai cocktail,the recipes are white rum,cointreau(triple sec),orgeat syrup,lime juice and dark rum,I'm using the gold rum instead of d dark because dark rum isn't available, and I'm also using pineapple juice because of the tropical taste and more smoother

pornstar Martini is drink 🍸 known as sweet cocktail that comes with a shot of sparkling wine on the side,but the drink is mostly for the ladies
The Pornstar Martini was created in the early 2000s by famous bartender Douglas Ankrah in London.
Despite the name, it is not connected to the adult film industry. Ankrah said he chose the name because he wanted the drink to feel “bold, sexy, and glamorous.” He originally created it at his bar called LAB Bar.
The cocktail is usually made with:
Vanilla vodka,Passion fruit puree,Passion fruit liqueur,Lime juice,Vanilla syrup but i improvise,if we don't Vanilla vodka, I use plain vodka, tho pineapple juice is not part of the original recipes but I use it to enhance tropicals flavor,sweetness,smoother and more approachable for casual drinker,while some people put the pineapple juice for the foaming texture

Let talk about the art&craft behind a good/perfect mojito, mojito is known as a rum base cocktail that has mint flavor that makes people loved it that contains white rum,lime wedges, mint leave,simple syrup/also known as sugar syrup,lime juice and sparkling/soda water
So i pip d soda water to d picture since I forgot to include it when I took d picture
There's also a virgin mojito,just remove the rum and prepare using the remaining recipes
Then u can substitute ur sparkling/soda water with sprite if the sparkling/soda water isn't available @bacardi @international_bartenders_iba @tales_of_the_cocktail
