So I highlighted all the stuff that people ask me that I typically don’t have an answer to lol. No it’s not a typo, I’m really Bigg 40 outcha 😎.

The 13% body fat actually surprised me!! Built like an athlete and train like one, but don’t play NO sports lol.

If you wanna know your real readings go get a full body scan.

I don’t post often but ONG just know that We Workin Everyday Champ 😤💪🏾.

#Chicago owes me nothing!

Much love to all the people that showed up for the #Bigg40, whether that be physically, text, dm, facetime etc. I appreciate y’all! Wishing you all Peace, Prosperity, and Love. I’m gone ✌🏾

I reached out to my bro 📸: @kelvinbonnettephotography and told him it’s my #Bigg40 let’s switch it up. This is what 40 looks like when you’re surrounded by peace, faith, love, and health which is true wealth.

I’m ending the year and starting a new one with self love and peace!

It started out dark and rough but God had other plans for the kid 🙌🏾.

The journey isn’t about being perfect it’s about being persistent, dedicated, and disciplined.

If I can leave you with one thought it would be. Love yourself from the inside out (don’t let that go over ya head lol).

All I have to say is LFG!

I really just post these so I can delete it out of my phone lol. I like to keep my number below 700.

If I inspire you, great! Been going 5 days a week since October and I’m not stopping. Let’s get it!
