It has been such a long road. Unless you have walked in my shoes you will never truly understand what it feels like to be free.

Life is just too short to be with someone who takes you for granted and makes you unhappy.

I tell people all the time the person you choose to do life with will affect everything you do from that point onwards…choose wisely.

It may have taken me 18 years BUT I finally get to love and be loved in a way that feels special.

We aren’t a perfect couple but we love each other enough to work through our problems as a team.

We never miss an opportunity to hug and kiss each other.

Having come out of a long relationship where we never did 🥴. It is so refreshing to be in a relationship where I can freely express my love and receive the same back.

A few years ago it occurred to me that many men and women will never experience genuine love where they can fully embrace themselves and that’s really unfortunate. I was almost one of them.
