Odins Fury Meet Recap🏴🏴🏴

3rd comp in the books and let me tell ya this was one to remember. @chavis.kendall and I going at it on the platform was a experience for the both of us⚔️. I came out on top beating him by 26 pounds in total , but we both have a lot more grinding and a lot more passages to execute for the both of us! @chavis.kendall was nice to finally meet you and make a stranger into a brotha much respect brotha 🤝🏻. I appreciate all the support from back home including @alexandria_2020 and @nuckols67 yall have helped me through the whole prep with all the challenges and set backs I’ve had and i appreciate and ❤️ yall for. And last but not least @thevoodooviking_zeus one of the best of the best coaches anybody could have🏴🏴🏴. We still have alot of work to do coach, let’s get after it🫡

MEET RECAP
Squat: 566 new national record and 5lbs PR.

Bench: 330 finally broke that barrier I had with 325, feels good to get a new bench PR.

Deadlift: 530 felt good on the second attempt , wanted that 545 dead but these “welder” hands didn’t have the grip strength I needed🤣 if you know you know @ov_trap_selena 🤣.

Total: new total is at 1426 increased total by 15lbs ain’t much but I’ll take it can’t always get 60-70 lbs increases, but that also means I gotta work harder and smarter to keep injuries down!

From December 2025 to now. It’s crazy to me to actually see how much I locked in with the help of my friends @nuckols67 and my fiancé @alexandria_2020 . I will never go back into that mentality and body EVER AGAIN. If you are struggling please talk to someone and don’t do what I did which was just drink and do other things washing your life away. Time to get ready for prep for @the_uspc_showdown .

From my first 500lbs pull back in 2024. To now repping it through trail and error, through thick and thin in the past 2 years. One thing that I have forgotten before is that never I mean NEVER forget where you started at. Always fight for what you believe in through all the pain you may go through. Walk through that fire and never stop.

On a comeback that I promise myself. I promise to myself and loved ones I will never go down that dark rabbit hole again that I was once in.

Want to give thanks to my beautiful soon to be wife @alexandria_2020 . Thank you for helping me in my darkest times and dragging me out of it. All of the work I am and will do is for us best believe that❤️. Thank you to my brotha @nuckols67 I told you we on a comeback. They have hands out needing plates, so let’s keep cooking 🖤. @thevoodooviking_zeus you wasn’t lying when you said you had your guys back. When i wasn’t for sure I looked behind and you was still there. That’s all I need to know about how you roll as a coach and has a person 🏴🏴🏴 all day.

325 has fallen and my comp best is 330 excited to see where this bench takes off to 🫡⚔️

I was in the darkness looking for the light. I was lost, hopeless, and confused… Then I saw a hand reach into the abyss and called my name. And that man was god himself. I now know what my purpose is again and what he wants me to accomplish. I have not step foot into a gym consistently for over 5 months. I was lost in life always making excuses for everything I did. Not anymore… I said let’s send it tonight and see what I got and did a 500lbs deadlift and also a 515 deadlift which I will be posting on my story. This helped my mental state for the gym and for what I have been going through a lot. Needless to say I’m coming back stronger mentally, physically, and spiritually better than I have ever before.

Coach @thevoodooviking_zeus I’m gonna make a comeback with not only me but @nuckols67. We will be coming for retribution🏴🏴🏴

@chavis.kendall your not the only one working 60+ hours a week just know when it’s time to come back better be ready for war ⚔️⚔️

@adonisftns good gym good equipment only thing i could recommend is kilo plates and actual Texas squat,bench, and deadlift bars. Other than that not a bad place.
