“Who You Are When No One Is Watching Matters More Than When The Lights Are On You”

This isn’t just about the weight in my hands—it’s about everything I’ve carried to get here.

Trying to be a good person.

Trying to help others.

Trying to work hard.

The setbacks. The doubts.

The days I wanted to quit but didn’t.

Sitting here, head down, it’s not defeat—
It’s focused. Grateful. Locked in

Every rep, every drop of sweat, every early morning and late night…they all mean something.

The world doesn’t hand you strength.

You earn it.

You build it.

One choice at a time.

One hard day at a time.

Dues paid—not just in the gym, but in life.

No one ever sees what goes on behind closed doors but when the lights turn on you, you’d better be ready.

When you have someone with the skill of @_snapshawt_ at your gym and he offers to snap a few pictures, you don’t hesitate.

If you are in Ohio or around Columbus shoot him a msg for your videos and pictures. You will not be disappointed.

It doesn’t have to be gym or fitness related.

He is incredibly talented and versatile

I look forward to working with him on some projects in the future

Life … is better with a bow

First timer @totalarcherychallenge PA and first ever 3D shoot

After hearing the stories and seeing the pics of these events I knew I couldn’t let another year go by without experiencing it.

It did not disappoint

The courses, vendor booths, novelty shots. It is a top notch event.

The best part … the people you get to meet and talk with

Was able to chat with the amazing people behind @spartan.forge , @montanaknifecompany , @originusa. Couple of my favorite companies. Support American owned and American made

Maybe the best part : Meeting @scottylago
I’ve followed his incredible snowboarding career, watched him compete, watched his video parts, one of the best snowboarders in the world to ever do it. Loves bow hunting and the outdoors and just an awesome guy. Thankful that he wanted to join us on the course and show us the ropes!

Until next year

@whitetailroadshow GA

Thank you.

For spending your time with us, sharing your stories, asking questions and simply having fun.

From the campfire sessions, fitness and archery competitions, speaker seminars, you brought the enthusiasm and engagement that makes these shows what they are.

Till next year

Permission farm prep.

Normally I let nature dictate where I hang a stand with as little manipulation as possible beside the occasional shooting lane branch.

With a lot of invasive honeysuckle in this spot, I offered to help the landowner out. Removing this invasive species helps the native plants and wildlife habitat and allows me to prep trees and lanes for hunting season.

A win-win.

Huge thank you to @jesse_mitchell_ for bringing the tools, knowledge and muscle. ( I’m injured and need help 😂)

All the trees we prepped for stands are 6-8 ft up. Gone are the days of 10-20ft tree stands.

Multiple kill trees for different winds.

Now it’s up to me.

A night at the rodeo with @1stphorm

Bull riding, barrel racing, cowgirls, cowboy boots and country music.

This is exactly my type of night out.

@1stphorm HQ Day 1

The anticipation and excitement for this day is crazy.

Arriving at HQ for summer smash is a feeling that never gets old.

Filled with smiling faces, laughs, and conversations with friends old and new.

Picking up SS exclusive apparel and products.

Whether you train outside on the @arsenal_strength gym built just for SS or inside in the massive state of the art facility one thing is for sure- everyone is there to work, not go through the motions.

A start to an incredible weekend ahead.

Incredible weekend @totalarcherychallenge PA

God blessed us with perfect weather and we took full advantage.

Spent time with the family at the @lonewolfcustomgear and @1stphormoutdoors booths.

Was able to meet and connect with so many other incredible top notch companies that do it the right way.

But the best part by far is the down to earth good people you get to chat with.

Sharing stories on family, life, hunting, lessons learned, gear and tactics.

A huge thank you to Brendan and team @the_archersedge. A local western PA pro shop that went above and beyond when I broke a thread in my string.

They were able to get a new string put on for me and while doing that noticed my rest was off. Fixed that and went over my whole bow. Incredible customer service from great people.

Good luck to everyone this season, shoot straight.

See you next year !! by @bigjonhet
