Been a busy summer living life and playing with @steamerlax

My oldest son @gideonturner5 heads off to college tomorrow where he will be playing for @udcmenslax Proud is an understatement.

Of course, I have to send him off with something special. On top of restringing his gamer from last season which is a @stxmlax Stallion with which he set multiple school records and state records, I also set up a @thronelacrosse Omen with the same pocket and outside/in channel that he loves. That along with the beautiful dye featuring the UDC Firebird 🐦‍🔥

He’s going to be turning heads when he is sniping corners 🎯 and dropping dimes 🪙 with this on the field. I’m glad that I can send him off to accomplish great things with a little something special.

🌈🥍 New weapon for the next chapter.

Just finished this @relaxcollections N2O up in a clean pink for a junior at @cooper_hs_lax making the move to LSM.

Strung it with a beautiful 6-diamond rainbow mesh from @themeshdynasty — unreal hold, smooth release, and built to eat up ground balls and push transition.

LSM season loading… 🔒🔥

🧪🥍 Mad science activated.

With everyone widening heads, I had a crazy thought:
What happens if you widen a faceoff head?

Introducing the Wi-Fo — a widened @stringking 2F Stiff, set up with an outside weave and @themeshdynasty Divine9 Hex.

This thing is an absolute ground-ball vacuum. Dominant on the stripe with the same pinch, pop, and control you expect from a true FO head, but without the fear of getting too pinched to play.

Still fine-tuning the channel to dial in shot consistency, but overall? I’m very satisfied with how this experiment turned out. 🧠🔥

Sometimes you’ve gotta test the limits.

👻🥍 Slimer is LIVE.

Just finished stringing up this @stxmlax Stallion – Limited Edition Slimer for @joshberryhilax_ and this thing is an absolute problem.

Set it up with @ecdlax Hero Mesh, running a pattern inspired by @uzumaki_stringing , dialed in with a low pocket and inside stringing for unreal hold and consistency.

It throws absolute dots and is already sniping corners. 🎯🔥

This one’s staying dangerous.

🧵🔥 Fresh one from the bench!

Just finished stringing up this @relaxcollections head for one of the @cooper_hs_lax boys — my first time working with a Relax, and I’m seriously impressed.

Went inside pattern with a sick weave on the outside wall, paired with @stringking 5s mesh and a true mid-pocket for that perfect balance of hold and release. ⚡️🥍

This setup is dialed and ready to rip.

🧵🔥 Fresh string job for the crew!

Just finished up this @powelllacrosse Pioneer II for our @trashpandaslax teammate @tonylippsart . Set it up with an inside pocket for that clean channel, smooth release, and elite ball control. Absolute sniper 🎯

Always a good time stringing for one of the Pandas — this one’s ready to go to work 💪🥍

🖤 Murdered-Out 🖤
Decided to play around with the new Mamba mesh from @armorlax today and threw it on a classic @stringking Mark1. Went with a full blackout setup and set it to more of a mid pocket — my go-to feel for control and smooth release.

Might have to break this one out at the @steamerlax 3v3 Street Lax event next Saturday 👀

🚨 Freshly strung! 🚨

Just finished stringing up this @ecdlax Ion with a mid-low pocket tucked to the inside. 🔥Mesh is from @throneofstring

This setup gives it awesome ball retention, smooth control, and a clean release. Exactly how it should be. 🥍👌

Going out to @btlee08 with @cooper_hs_lax preparing for his senior season.

🧵 Fresh String Job Alert 🧵
Just finished dialing in this ECD Mirage 3.0 with HeroMesh 4.0, strung up with an a Jedi top string, inside pattern for a smooth mid-pocket.

This stick is a new set up for @michael_lanier32 who is a stud on @steamerlax 🚢 and recently transferred to @ngumlax He’s going to be an absolute force on the field 💪

The release is butter—super clean throws with that crisp ball feel and elite retention.
Exactly how I like it. 🔥🏹

Welcome to the #biglaxfam @joshberryhilax_

Josh had a @underarmour_lacrosse head that he wanted strung up as a backup. Initially he wanted a replicated pattern to what he was currently using for his set up, but after talking a bit, he told me to “do my thing!”

OH BOY!!! 😮🙏

We set him up with @stringking 4X and rolled shooters to make sure his mid-pocket gave plenty of hold and feel along with a smooth release. Throwing that in with a Grainbag string up, he’ll be rolling over opponents all season long with the @steamerlax

BIG SUMMER BLOWOUT!!!

That was the call I got about @wyatt_kuhlman3 stick, that his sidewall had taken its last breath during his daily session of wall ball. Yes kids, 15 minutes of wall ball a day really does pay off dividends!
Anyways, set him up with a replica pocket of this mid-high outside-in that I love for attack men that are love shooting and feeding. And that channel is good enough for Nessie to change her permanent address if she wanted!
Good luck with your summer season with the @commonwealthkingslax
