TRY THIS TEE ROUTINE‼️

I’ve been working on simplifying my moves to be able to trust my swing against high velocity and this tee routine helps me slow myself down , remember to find the ground first then launch my core and torso before utilizing my hands…

This is the first time I’ve done these drills with this intention and in this order and I feel like I struck the ball as clean as I ever could.

Give these drills a try today and let me know how it goes 👊🏾 taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @bigleaguementality

THE MATURATION PROCESS IS REAL!

From 9th grade rocking the Reebok Zigs if you’re old enough to remember those to becoming a Pro!

As a hitting coach it’s paramount that I emphasize how much purposeful reps, added strength and experience play in your hitting journey. You can’t skip steps!

Failure is a part of the process and you should relish it as it will only make you better!

DM me if you’re looking for a hitting instructor this fall! Available in the ATL area and remote as well!

This is the only man I’ll follow to the end of the earth . Bc all of my life you’ve been a leader amongst men… and most importantly for our family . I joked that officially now I’ve been with you for half of your life but I don’t know where I’d be if you weren’t always here for me . You always come through ! No matter what and I admire that most about you . Love you dad , forever my guy! My best friend! They not like you! Happy birthday !!🙏🏾🙏🏾 by @bigleaguementality

I didn’t know this at the time but on April 27, 2019 I took my last official at-bat as a professional baseball player and by the summer of 2020 I was officially no longer a professional baseball player after being released . My lifelong dream of becoming an MLB player seemingly ended , crashing and burning almost as if none of it ever happened . Due to injuries and what I would call outright mental exhaustion I gave up on any opportunity to ever play again but….. now 5 years later I’ve chosen to pursuit this game I love again. I couldn’t tell you what exactly lead me back (I’d be typing for forever) but I know that after discussing it with my family I have their full support and I appreciate all the people who have helped me on this journey of trying to make a comeback. I don’t know what’s in store for me but I will continue to keep my faith in God and trust the process. So for now I’m off to Gastonia , NC with the hopes of trying to earn a contract… wish me luck! taken in Gastonia, North Carolina by @bigleaguementality
