Starting 2024 a little late, but a really took my time and focused on improving my blending and #nmm skillz! I’m back from the dead bringing you a bite-sized tutorial treat as my contribution to #orktober !

Paints used in order:
1. Vallejo Game Color Dark Fleshtone
2. 1:1 mix Vallejo Game Color Cayman Green + Dark Fleshtone
3. Cayman Green
4. AK Green Grey
5. Cayman Green - glaze consistency
6. Green Grey (focused highlights)
7. 1:1 mix Cayman Green + Green Grey - glaze consistency

1. AK Basalt Grey
2. 1:1 mix Vallejo Black + Basalt Grey
3. 1:1 mix Basalt Grey + AK Silver Grey
4. More Basalt Grey
5. Silver grey
6. Vallejo Charcoal for the scratches
7. Citadel Doombull Brown for the rust

By no means is this the perfect recipe, but it’s one I had fun with. Anyways not to drone on but I’m glad to be back. Life got busy; I graduated uni, got a full time job and am learning that work-life balance. Now that I’m stuck back in you’ll be seeing more from me!

Quite an impressive show for #orktober by @budzzz ! A front yard featuring a massive ork fortress crawling with gretchin and topped with classic #waaagh banners. Any warboss worth his weight in teeth would kill to have such a quality display. Amazing work!
