Effortless and elegant, the curves on this solid cuff bracelet wrap sensuously around the wrist, reminiscent of 1970s Elsa Peretti. However, it bears the hallmark “RO” - though I haven't identified them, it's a designer who clearly has a strong sense of style. Solid and hefty, it is currently sized perfectly for a 6” wrist but can easily be adjusted larger or smaller.

What do we have here? A DROP DEAD GORGEOUS vintage 18k Ruby and Diamond necklace, with flexible links and chic white gold half bezel settings.

Measuring 17.5”, she sits beautifully on the neck and sparkles like crazy in the sun. The center ruby is exceptionally clean with a pink tone, approx .60 carats.

Heavyweight and displaying beautiful craftsmanship from top to bottom, it concludes with a very ingenious and secure hidden clasp. Dressed up or down, this is truly a “Piece.”

Abbreviated from a poem written by Rosemonde Gérard in 1889, the eponymous “Qu’hier Que Demain” collection was launched by the French jeweler Alphonse Augis in 1907. Today they are some of the most sought after pieces for collectors around the world.

This is a rare design that was likely released in the early 1900’s, engraved in French behind the plaque with the birthday (perhaps of the owner, or their child) November 7th, 1896. French eagle hallmarks are stamped beside the clasp, and it is still just as wearable over 100 years later.
