Steak dinner, with Prather Ranch top sirloin. There are quite a few memories, working for them well over a decade ago - some good, mostly some not so good. But I will always praise the quality of their product and their start to finish practices. They are among few facilities to adopt the Temple Grandin approach to humane slaughter techniques and closed heard/pure breed philosophies. They will forever be, among my favorite sustainable beef providers.
