Reagan survived. But how did a gunman get THAT close? 👀

Phil Campion looks at the uncomfortable question behind the assassination attempt: how did someone with a weapon get close enough to attack the President?

For Phil, reviewing what went wrong matters just as much as recognising what went right. Survival still leaves lessons to learn.

Do we focus too much on the rescue and too little on how the danger got through? 👇

Could keeping a bodyguard on the job too long become a security risk? 👀

Phil Campion explains why protection teams need time to rotate out, train and rest. Skills can fade, and familiar routines can leave people getting too comfortable.

When someone’s safety depends on you staying sharp, that time away matters.
Do we give enough credit to rest and retraining, or only to working longer? 👇

More security. More people. More room for chaos. 👀

Phil Campion explains why every member of a protection team needs a clear role, and why everyone has to work together when things go wrong.

From controlling crowds to protecting lives, coordination matters. Lose control, and Phil’s got a name for the result: “the mother of all clown shows”.

Have you ever seen too many people trying to take charge make a situation worse? 👇

The person standing next to you could be working security, and you’d never know. 👀

Phil Campion explains the vital role of protection teams who blend into the crowd, watching behaviour and looking for signs of a potential threat.

Their work depends on noticing what others miss, and getting that information to the team before a situation escalates.

Would you feel safer knowing security was quietly working among the crowd? 👇

A sniper’s biggest clue could be what’s MISSING. 👀

Phil Campion explains why understanding an area starts long before the day of an event, learning the ground, the routines and what normal looks like.
Because sometimes the warning sign is the “absence of the normal”. And you can’t spot that without doing the groundwork.

Have you ever noticed something was wrong because something familiar was missing? 👇

The most important part of bodyguarding happens BEFORE anyone pulls a trigger. 🎯

Phil Campion explains why protection starts long before an emergency: preventing the threat from reaching the person you’re there to protect.

From the Secret Service to close protection, his message is clear, prevention beats reaction.

Do we give enough credit to the security work we never see? 👇

Iran being named is one thing. Where’s the evidence? 👀

Phil Campion challenges the jump from possible foreign involvement to treating it as proven. Political statements and anonymous claims can shape a headline, but what actually establishes a connection?

In this Tactical Truth clip, Phil points to communications, money trails and documents linking people and equipment as the evidence he wants to see before drawing conclusions.

Do we jump to blame too quickly when a story breaks? 👇
