Back in Japan 🇯🇵 — this time exploring around Tokyo in the summer heat. Always good to find a little downtime in the middle of a busy city. taken in Japan by @bigpolishandy

Different day, same routine — just us getting it done.

Serious when it counts,
fun in between sets,
and somehow still pushing each other to be better every time.

That balance… that’s what makes it worth showing up 💯 taken in F45 Training Siglap by @bigpolishandy

What. A. Year.
I filmed fitness content all over the world, got to work on incredible projects, connect with truly amazing people, and step into more corporate video work — learning so much about storytelling, detail, and big-picture creative thinking.
Super grateful to the brands and teams who trusted me to bring their vision to life.

I was blessed to laughed, learn, and collaborate with some of the most inspiring creatives I’ve ever met.

I also hit a wall this year.
After 4 years of running my business and working pretty much 7 days a week, burnout caught up with me.
So I took a step back — for myself, and for the people who matter most.
Grateful beyond words for the friends, April and doggo who helped me recharge.
I slowed down, recalibrated, spent real time with loved ones... and hugged Angus (the dog not the steak) about a million times.

And in this new year, I want even more of that — more connection, more creativity, more learning and more meaning.

Let’s go 2026! taken in Singapore by @bigpolishandy

They say Mondays come with the blues… but this one hits different.
A slow morning walk with the boys, fresh air, and the kind of weather December doesn’t always give us. 🌞
When the rain takes a pause, you take the moment.
Gardens by the Bay kind of mornings 🌿✨

Can’t believe we’ve been married for 7 years!
I’m endlessly inspired by who you are… but my favourite part?
The little private world we’ve built together – our inside jokes, our chaos, our calm.

Always choosing you. Always my favourite person. Always us.

Also, for those asking — no, I was not hurt during this photoshoot taken in Singapore by @bigpolishandy

Today marks our 7th anniversary ✨
There are a thousand things my heart wants to say, yet this feels like enough —
even though today is especially ours, every ordinary day becomes extraordinary simply by sharing it with you.
Thank you for loving me so gently, for the fire you carry in what you do, and for the kindness that lives so naturally within you.

I love you bubba ❤️😘 taken in Singapore by @bigpolishandy
