It’s that time of year again! The third annual Ziggyfest at estabrook will be Sunday 8/16 from noon til it’s finished. There will be food and beer but bring whatever you like. Most important though, bring your friends. I’ll make a separate post to plan an estabrook clean up day a week or so beforehand. We filled the whole bucket with egg nog for the big release party at @vontrier.mke tonight. We made 13 gallons and I think it might all be gone by Saturday, so come get it this weekend! Trivia starts at 7! I’ll be wearing the Santa suit! by @bigporq

The cat is out of the bag, I’ll be working my last bartending shift at Von Trier on Friday 6/27. I’ll always love this place, it has done so much for me personally and professionally but I had been looking to get out of bartending for a while now. I feel like I’ve lived a dozen lifetimes inside this building. I always hoped that this would be the last bar I ever worked at, and I have an opportunity for that wish to come true. I realized pretty early into my time at Von Trier that I was living through the best part of my working life, and that I would always cherish the time I spent here. Anyway, come by June 27th to party with me behind the bar one last time. (I’ll still be hosting trivia every Thursday night) by @bigporq
