First top set of squat pro good mornings. This is new to me on this machine and IM OBSESSSEEEDDD. All my top sets are 9-12 reps. Make sure to brace core to keep spine completely neutral so you don’t arch low back

Ok serious face baddie 😂😂🥹

Duck face forever ♾️

And this was my back off set for my GM’s. Back off sets are 12-15 reps these felt literally so good 🙄🥹❤️ by @bigquadbaddie

I feel really grateful for all that God is giving me. If you stay focused and do what you love no matter what anyone else says… you will be rewarded. Set yourself on fire and people will come see you burn. @billyalsbrooks1 @pwrbldgym by @bigquadbaddie

The picture on the left was freshman year of college when I first started strength training. I bought a booty building app and wanted a huge ass obviously

But what that picture doesn’t show is that I was the most depressed I’d ever been.

Senior year of high school, I lost all of my close friends because of how I acted when I drank. I would get really mean, really aggressive, and eventually people just didn’t want to be around me anymore.

So freshman year of college I smoked weed every day to numb myself. I was eating like shit, barely taking care of myself, barely even doing my laundry half the time. I was just kind of existing.

But slowly going to the gym started helping me.

At first it was just because I wanted to have a fat ass.. but then I started to love how I felt after. I didn’t want to get high as much.

Then junior year I started therapy for the first time, fell completely in love with lifting, and eventually bodybuilding.

I also spent a lot of those years pretty much alone. I lost my best friend in college too because of similar behaviors, and for the longest time I just kept asking God why is this happening? I really hated myself.

Now I honestly think God wanted me to be alone. Because when I didn’t have anyone else, I started praying. I started building discipline. I started learning how to take care of myself. I finally had hope that I didn’t have to be that person anymore. That I could be someone new.

Strength training ended up giving me so much more than bigger glutes. It gave me confidence, discipline, purpose, and eventually it taught me how to love myself. I used to hate who I was. Now I actually like who I’m becoming. 🥺🥹 by @bigquadbaddie

It’s easy for me to look at these pictures and pick myself apart. I’ve gained a lot of weight since my show, I have more cellulite, and sometimes I really get in my head 🥺

But the reason I’ve always loved training is because of the confidence it gives me.

Pushing myself and showing up for myself is what changed the way I see myself in the mirror. The pride I feel from that is so much bigger than any insecurity I have about my body.

When I finish a hard set and look at myself in the mirror, I’m not thinking about cellulite. I’m thinking about how proud I am that I showed up.

I think we spend way too much time waiting until we look a certain way to feel good about ourselves. Life is a lot more fun when you put on the belly chain, book the photo shoot and say fuck it I’m really that b**** 😂🥹💕 by @bigquadbaddie

POV I’m your commanding officer and I tell you drop and give me 20 … wyd ?😂😂😂🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽 #halloween #baddie #ilovedressingup by @bigquadbaddie

Slept in and it was awesome bc I usually wake up at 4:30 🤙🏼… so on way to therapy got my fav egg white bites to treat myself since I was a good girl all week and got NO STARBIES #savings #money #trees Also got a fat free cappuccino grande with 3 pumps sugar free vanilla 🥺🥹💕

Breakfast was oats, strawberries, whey drip and CRUNCHY almond butter which I always get creamy but wanted to try and I really enjoyed the crunch tbh 🤷

Pre-glute day fuel. A serving of cream of rice cooked with scoop of protein powder and some fruity pebbles on top for extra good vibes 😎 someone at work told me they cook their COR with the whey together in microwave but I thought this shit was ASS😂😂😂 I usually like my whey on the side just in a blender bottle w water 😩

Post glute day. No need to explain. It will always be chicken rice and blueberries 😂🤦🏽

93/7 Turkey and rice

Fun after dinner snack in my BOO bowl 🥺🥺👻👻

Yes I use Splenda fu k u😂😂😂😂 by @bigquadbaddie

Life isn’t real. She’s the entire reason I became a bodybuilder and at the end of the video she said “if the dream is still what you want, then continue on dreaming.” Coming from my literal role model hearing her tell me she believes in me and supports me is the most surreal feeling ever…. Like you guys don’t understand. I would watch her posing videos a hundred times a day and just repeat in the mirror. Try to make my meals exactly like hers. Train just like she did … I have so much love for you Lauralie thank you so much for this video. Shout out to Jon @jon_wandling for telling her about me 🥺 my life is better now 😂😂😂🥺🥺🥺 GOD STILL MOVES MOUNTAINS 🥺🥺🥺🥺 by @bigquadbaddie
