Finding form in my 30s & honestly, I’m so glad to be here. 🏓🔥

I never thought I’d be posting something like this, but getting back into the game has given me a whole new wave of motivation. Massive shoutout to @bpmlife_ for putting together the BPM Invitational. Easily the best competition I’ve ever played in. The energy was insane, and it was awesome connecting with people from outside the usual scene. I'll forever support them!

📸 Next-level photos by @rosh.png without these shots, this post wouldn't even exist.

My goal now? Bridge the gap between table tennis and pop culture. I want to make TT desirable, trendy, and accessible. I’ve struggled with confidence for a long time, but it’s time to push through the noise. If I can use table tennis to level up my fitness and mindset in my 30s, anyone can.

Follow along on @thebigshottt as I document the journey. Expect table tennis, podcasts, film & TV design, and a lot more behind-the-scenes content.

Remember: A phone still charges when the screen is turned off. Just because people can’t see your progression doesn't mean you're not powering up. ⚡️ taken in Fusion Table Tennis Club by @bigshotjam

We did it! 🏆 British League Division C Champions!
Can’t believe I get to say that again! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better team to share this season with.

Massive shoutout to @stephen_jeanmarc @robertdomingo._ @coach2dye4 @dariusxavs7 @postmannpattt @tiana.dennison for helping us go a perfect 14/14 in the division. Absolute legends! And a special mention to Stephen for picking up the trophy for most wins in the league! 🔥

This was no easy division either. There were at least three other teams that could’ve easily won if they were placed in a different group. So much talent in that hall every weekend.

Personally, this season has meant a lot. For the first time in years, I wasn’t just playing for the sake of it. I wanted to push myself, commit fully, and truly contribute to the team. I’ve learned so much and loved every minute of it. Also, playing in a team with my sister is a special moment for me.

On a personal note, I’m now one week into my fitness journey, dedicated to my auntie Jacuqui.
Let’s see how far we’ve come by this time next year. 💪🏽 taken in Fusion Table Tennis Club by @bigshotjam

The Good, The Bad & The… #1 🎬

First video in a while — it feels great to be back on the table! 💪

I’ve been inspired by some amazing family members who are pushing through tough times, and that’s given me new motivation.

This year, I’ll be sharing my table tennis journey — from match moments to my personal fitness challenge.

Stay tuned, it’s going to be a ride 🔥🏓 taken in Fusion Table Tennis Club by @bigshotjam

What an experience fighting at the @virginactiveuk Contender boxing event. I'll never forget the impact of being punched in the face numerous times.

I met some great people. Learned new skills and was totally humbled by my sparring partners every week.

Boxing training is no joke, and I plan to carry on. The workouts really helped me in other aspects as well.

A big shoutout to @stefanforzoni & @hrkhshf for sharing this experience. If you guys plan to box again, then I'll be watching from the sidelines 🤣

Stepping into the ring while your music is playing and the crowd cheering for you is a moment I'll never forget.

Yes people! I'll be boxing for charity at the Clapham Arena this Sunday 10th September at 2pm.

It's probably the hardest training I've ever done in my life. It's definitely a humbling experience.

If you want to support and see me get punched up, then you can buy a ticket. DM me for the link or use this link: https://fatso.ma/X7ET

Just remember to also add my name 'Jamal Dennison' to the purchase as well. Lord knows I'll need all the support on the day.

Also if you can't make it but want to support then you can donate to charity. Dm me for link or use the link below:

Happy New Year Everyone!

I really really enjoyed everything about the Christmas and New years period.

I think it took me 45 mins to make this post because I haven't posted on insta for so long.

2022 will be hard, but promising with ambitions that are in close reach but I'll make it happen. I want to make good memories and moments with all of you.

This year I need to take more pictures with @tiana.dennison
and my family because I literally have none. Also visiting everyone is a must. 🤣

This year will be different, tough, but it will be the stepping stone towards a comfortable and exciting life.

More life to you all! by @bigshotjam

County Championships - A good weekend of table tennis for the Essex Squad. Our team went unbeaten. I wish I got clips of all our players but at least I got a few. I even got rare footage of me! #tabletennis #pingpong #sports #fitness #squad #county #life taken in London, United Kingdom by @bigshotjam
