We're thrilled to announce that BIGSIX MEDIA is teaming up with @camhfoundation on a wellness module and video series with the Black Initiatives wing at CAMH. This project aims to empower black clinicians and staff with effective self-care practices, enabling them to better serve their community, including individuals like myself who are navigating mental health conditions.
