The grand finale of our Good Neighbor tributes belongs to our stalker and bff Kiki and her parents!
Their porch is a flawless holiday masterpiece 365 days a year—which works out great for our mother, who is far too lazy to decorate our own house and shamelessly uses their front steps as our family studio. (Fun fact: she literally told our dad the Christmas tree “got lost in the move” just to get out of putting it up. 🎄💀)
Fence-line afternoon snack meetings are a non-negotiable daily appointment around here, where they generously feed the entire pack and our snack-hound mother. Kiki is undeniably the coolest cat on the block, an honorary member of the dog crew, and forever sweet Farley’s best friend ❤️ And yes, by popular demand she’s getting her own post!

Neighborhood Feature Week tribute to our girl Annie and her saintly parents! 👑🎃
Here’s the truth: their house is decorated all year round, which means our lazy mother uses it as her personal Instagram photo studio and drags us over there constantly. But we don’t mind, because Annie’s mom is an elite baker who greets our walk with gourmet treats—and more importantly, she offers us emergency golf cart rescue rides home when our mother tries to force us onto walk #47 of the day. My friendship vetting process is simple: adore animals, feed me elite baked goods, and be willing to walk off the carbs together. Enter sweet Birdie and her parents! Her mom reigns supreme as the hood’s focaccia royalty, they are the absolute best walking buddies around, and our pups are completely obsessed with them. Some neighbors turn into forever friends in five seconds flat, and these three are definitely stuck with us for good ❤️

National Good Neighbor Day isn’t technically until September 28th, but we’re starting early because one day isn’t enough. We’ll be featuring our favorite, most adored neighbors all week long, so stay tuned! 🍷🐾
Full disclosure: the real reason for this tribute series is partly because we love them, but mostly because Mom is fresh out of baked goods and actively sucking up for handouts.
Starting off strong with a tribute to Ms. C: no longer our immediate neighbor, but forever one of our absolute favorites. Proud Ohio lover, unapologetic Michigan and dairy hater, veggie obsessed best drinking buddy Gigi ever had! And an amazing dog mom!!
