Not much volume on Fridays to me personally.

I try not to lose what I made during the week. However if I was to catch a small set up this is what I’d look for. ONLY entering with confirmation of breaking my EMA & ORB to the downside. I do not have a buy side set up because it is at all time highs.

There will be losing trades. The goal is to not lose more than you’ve gained. & there will be days you do not trade at all. Here’s perfect example how even I took loss after loss & decided to be done for the day.

Every time frame looks different! However I always stick to overall trend & on the 1hr/4hr was a downtrend but above my EMAs. 🥴 We may not understand but without confirmations to enter we should not force any trade.

I entered at break and retest of 5min EMA, after being stopped out and reevaluating. I no longer was confident in any setup. There was no break of ORB within first 90min so I should have not traded at all. I attempted another setup of break and retest of EMA & within minutes stopped out again.

& that is okay. We win some. We lose some.

Accept losses and live to trade another day.
Do not chase. Do not beat yourself up for being wrong.

Building discipline sometimes look like this… I missed my entries but I did not have FOMO, I did not chase the trade. I watched it play out studied it. & looking forward to trading tomorrow 🤞🏾
