Getting locked in 🔒 4 weeks until we hit the platform again 🏋🏼‍♀️ Just wanted to personally thank my amazing, patient, and supportive partner @_misssk as well as my great friend and coach @guion.sam from the last Reapers Meet. Thank you for all the support from all my friends and family. I can’t seem to find a majority of you guys IG tags, and I didn’t want to leave anyone out, so I’d like to thank all of you. #powerlifting #uspcpowerlifting #rvairongym #a7 #demandgreatness by @bigtreefallhard91
Moved too easy, and probably should have just done more but being 4 weeks from meet day there’s no real reason to push it right now. I’m happy with how everything’s moving and being pain free at the moment. #uspcpowerlifting #rvairongymbarbellclub #rvairongym #powerlifting by @bigtreefallhard91

Sometimes you fail on your last rep, and sometimes you don’t. I failed on my last rep of 325, but that’s okay. We’ll work through it and hit it again in a few weeks. First time doing band work with a multi-grip bar for speed work 8x1 I feel much more confident in this prep than I did in my last one since we only had basically 5-6 weeks before the meet. by @bigtreefallhard91

4 weeks out from the RVA Iron gym USPC Reaper’s Rebellion 4 powerlifting meet that we just started prepping for 2 weeks ago because I love to do everything at the last moment, but I’m pretty happy with where things are right now. Small PR this morning with 495lbs for sets of 3. This was my last set so the 3rd rep is questionable on depth with my worn out knee sleeves but a small PR nonetheless 🤘🏼 by @bigtreefallhard91
