Been working on this one for a minute and it's still far from perfect, but I'm making progress. #Soundofmadness #Shinedown by @bigweeks99

This is gonna sound cliché, but this year has been absolutely life changing for me! Some of you already know, but a lot of you don't know that exactly 1 year ago today I made the decision to have Gastric Bypass Surgery. Last year I came to the realization that my weight was severly limiting my ability to live and enjoy my life and even worse, it did the same to the people I love and care about. At my heaviest I weighed 380 lbs, but as of today I've dropped to 190 lbs in just one year! This year has given me a whole new appreciation for life and I've never felt healthier. I couldn't have done this without the love and support from my beautiful wife Sam Weeks, my amazing family Bailey Weeks, Tyler Weeks, Nina Rotter, Jenny Lee, Mark Weeks, Alissa Berresse, Granpa, Linda Giacomo Powers, Jake Powers, and my fantastic friends Alex Altner, Alex Beard, Alec Licar, Oscar Castillo, Joshua Tare, Josh Feltes, Kai Tomaszewski, Bri Tomaszewski, Andrew Douglas, Sydney Rae, Vatsana Beard, Rachel Maria. Thank you all for picking me up when I've fallen and having my back when I falter. I can't wait to continue to experience everything I've missed out on! by @bigweeks99
