Automation is coming and it's going to hit the working class like a freight train if we don't start planning for it now ! . We need to hold union leaders accountable that do not give us the tools in our contracts that we need to protect our jobs! We must be willing to strike and stop the economy if that's what it takes!.#labormovement #1u #upsteamsters #solidarityforever #automation #unionstrong by @bigwill_72

30 years as a rank and file Teamster . It's been a challenging career with lots of ups and downs, hard work and at the end of the day love for the community I serve and the people I have worked with and my union that's given me so much. For the rest of my career I will be fighting for the labor movement and spreading solidarity and democracy everywhere I go.!

The Earth and all life—everything and everyone you’ve ever known and loved—is at risk of ending. All because of a handful of rich, white men have decided their profit margins are worth more than, quite literally, life itself.

There is no time left. Take action now! Join @4billiondead or a climate action group that better aligns with your values.

What matters isn’t that you find the perfect action or group but that you take action. by @bigwill_72
