2018 was the first time I ever stepped onto ice and I’ve been obsessed ever since 😎

One of the biggest game changers in my journey has been learning how to train smarter, not just harder. By incorporating off-ice training methods such as isometrics, effective performance strategies like microdosing exercises and intentional conditioning, I’ve been able to optimize my training, build strength, and better support my body to perform at its best especially for the long haul.

Skating is so much more than what happens at the rink. It’s the work behind the scenes, the discipline, the science behind the work, the effectiveness of consistency and the level of commitment for continuing to evolve.

I’am just getting started💪🏼

What a day at The County Marathon! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Memory and Andrea took on the Half Marathon this weekend and had an amazing day racing right here in our own backyard!

A huge thank you to @thecountymarathon and all of the incredible volunteers for putting on such a well-organized event. We loved seeing so many familiar faces out on the course — including some of our BIHC patients and friends from @bellevillepoliceservice

Memory and Andrea survived the wind AND that hill into Picton (if you know, you know 😅) — and still crossed the finish line smiling!

We’re so lucky to have an event like this in our community. Congratulations to everyone who raced, volunteered and cheered them on! 👏

How lucky are we to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard. ❤️

We are wishing Carson Hartwick (Kin) the best of luck in his new position in Peterborough. We have appreciated Carons dedication to BIHC over the last 5 years. For those of you who do not know Carson he was traveling an hour each direction to come to work everyday, this new position puts him close to home and family❤️. He was such an asset to patients experience during treatment. We appreciate you and wish you all of the best on your bright future.

We are also wishing Sarah Pickard a happy and successful school year as she returns to Trent University for her 3rd year of enrolment in the Kinesiology program. We know you have a bright future ahead of you! We have so appreciated your dedication to the client services team this summer. We are hoping we will see Sarah again next summer 😁 by @bihchealth
