🚲 Metro Bike Share Ambassador Rides are here! 🚲

@heybikela and @bikemetro are hosting a free three-ride series this November, funded by the Better Bike Share Partnership. Each ride is led by local community leaders, explores a different neighborhood and shows how easy bike share is for getting around LA.

🧡 Día de los Muertos Ride: Sun, Nov 1, 5:00 PM
Ride with Michelle Rivera (@mujer.de.epazote) and Aaron Aranza (@aspdusc) through Downtown, Pico-Union and Westlake/MacArthur Park. The ride will honor Indigenous and Latin American cultural spaces, support immigrant-owned businesses and remember neighbors lost to traffic violence.

💜 Ride Miracle Mile: Tue, Nov 3, 5:30 PM

Ride with Sam Roxas (@wearecitypeople) and William Kennedy (@la.ecovillage.repair.cafe) as they ride from Mid-City to Koreatown and finish with a celebration at LA Eco-Village, with tacos, a dance party and tips for getting around LA by bike.

Thank you to everyone who joined the September Riding Challenge! Congratulations to our top three riders for earning a spot on the podium🏆. Together, you completed an impressive 2,204 rides. More than half of those trips were 10 minutes or longer, adding up to 188 hours on Metro Bike Share. That's 188 hours spent moving and staying active, more than twice the time the average LA driver spends stuck in traffic each year!
