Hey, it’s your girl Jane.

Currently surviving the corporate jungle, but prior to this, I spent my days 24/7 in newsrooms and a few notable media organisations in Kuala Lumpur. Those years taught me a lot mostly how to think fast, write faster, and function on questionable amounts of sleep. Those were my younger days huh.

Grateful for every chapter that got me here. Fast forward to now, and I’m still counting my blessings and (short deadlines haha).

This space? It’s my little corner to dust off the creativity especially writing, visuals, storytelling and all the things I left parked for way toooo long. Figured it’s about time to clock back in… for myself this time.

So moving forward, expect more stories, more visuals, and probably more random thoughts that maybe doesn’t make sense at all. Always open to meeting new people with shared interests, whether you’re in Kuala Lumpur or anywhere else in the region.

Sometimes I ride my bike solo because

1. All I wanted was my own company

2. I could chat any random stranger I want and I can chat as long as I want. Only if I want to

3. I can stop anywhere and I can take my own sweet time

4. So I could ride to an impromptu spot… like so random. I change my location every hour haha

5. I don’t want to have a conversation when I enjoy my food fr ngl. Also, I’m a slow eater

6. I’m actually an introvert outside of work. If we ever chat, consider I give you that privilege 😛 Also, I don’t want to adjust myself just to suit your mood or preference whatever

7. Sometimes I don’t want to have any interaction with human beings. Even if you think you ride the shiniest or the fastest bike like IRDGAF

8. I don’t want people to think I’m a pillion haha

9. I like to stop at a place and sit down and stare at people and their bikes. I also judge people haha

10. Mostly because I ride according to my time

I signed up for a riding class recently. 2 days of theory, followed by 2 days of drills and practicals, together with the usual suspects. And boy, was it worth it!

From something as basic as learning how to bring the bike to a proper stop, to more technical skills like cornering while keeping your eyes on your intended direction and using your peripheral vision to read what’s happening around you.

Whether you’re a seasoned rider or just starting out, there’s always room to sharpen your skills. Experience is great, but never stop learning.

The biggest takeaway? Look where you want to go, and go where you’re looking.Because on two wheels, where your eyes go, your bike follows.

My dream is to travel by bike, explore Malaysia, and eventually see the world from the seat of my motorcycle. I really hope I get to do this soon.

I’d love to meet new people, make new friends, experience different cultures, and discover new places and little things along the way.

I’ll do it alone. Or maybe I’ll start alone and somehow find my kind of people along the way. Who knows? I’ll just see what floats. Hahah.

Those who abuse animals or preach hatred toward them have no place in Islam. You cannot hide behind outward piety while carrying cruelty in your heart, abusing creation reveals wickedness, not faith.

Bercerita agama dari hulu ke hilir, tetapi dalam hati bencikan haiwan. Dari hati turun ke mulut. Believe them who they are when they speak of something evil. That is the real person behind that “mask”.

“Piety” looks can be deceiving. Sadly, most of the time.

I’ve been here a few times, but the istana was always closed due to renovations. When I finally came back and saw that the renovation was done, I thought I’d finally get to walk inside the compound… only to find it closed again probably because it was Sunday and security had the day off. 😂

So, I parked myself outside, found a nice little spot near the bamboo trees, and decided to fly the drone instead.

About 20 minutes into the flight, I started getting signal interference, so I didn’t take any chances. I quickly RTH.

No exploring the istana, but hey… at least I got a flight out of it.

Oh, you can probably take a guess of my age after listening to my choice of music this time 😛
