Our December Art Night at Bike Saviours will be a self-paced, volunteer-assisted workshop creating bike charms! We’ll provide the jewelry crafting tools, wire, string, beads, and small recycled bike parts to combine into fun charms you can hang anywhere - on your bike, your holiday tree, rear view mirror, door knob, backpack, purse, etc. One $10 donation secures your place in the workshop and pays for your first charm. You can make & take as many charms as you’d like for an additional $10 each. 100% of the proceeds from our art night workshop benefit Bike Saviours Bicycle Collective. Space is limited so invite a friend and sign up today! Link in bio or visit bikesaviours.org. by @bikesavioursart

We’re looking for sick bike art - original, bike themed art, art made from recycled bike parts, paintings, photos, zines, clothing, lamps, cool art bikes, wind chimes, etc. etc. to benefit Bike Saviours Bicycle Collective in our upcoming RE:Cycle Art Night 2027. When you become one of our registered artists, you get a free event t-shirt when you donate your art, and access to Bike Saviours’ tools & recycle bin to assemble your creation (if that’s your craft). Event is Saturday, March 6, 2027 at Hackett House in downtown Tempe. Artist info at bikesaviours.org/art or via the links in our bio. 🚴‍♀️ #supportlocalart #bikeart #bicyclecollective #tempe #bike

Meet Bruce Boyd @bruce_boyd_artist, our featured artist for RE:Cycle Art Night 2027 benefitting Bike Saviours! Bruce was one of our original donating artists at our first event back in 2025 at Danelle Plaza in the Rocket Space Gallery. Bruce has fond memories of his early days as a graffiti artist in San Francisco, where the freedom of riding his bike and the joy of creating art are intertwined. He’s continued to hone his skills over the years, making everything from sticker art, thick marker designs, and black & whites to cryptids on brown paper bags. This year, look for Bruce’s unique designs throughout our RE:Cycle event art and t-shirts. Give him a follow and join us in thanking Bruce for sharing his talent and supporting our local nonprofit bicycle collective @bikesaviours! 🚴‍♀️ Want to be one of our 2027 RE:Cycle artists? Fresh necklace drop at @brickroadcoffee in Tempe, including the rare rainbow aurora chain pendants! 🌈🚴‍♀️These necklaces are disappearing fast, so come get them before they’re gone. All proceeds benefit nonprofit Bike Saviours Bicycle Collective in Tempe. #supportlocalart #bikeart #tempe #recycledart #bicyclecollective by @bikesavioursart

A rare find - Rainbow/Aurora bike chain necklaces - the peacocks of bicycle chain! These iridescent gems catch the eye in shimmers of pink, green, blue, purple, and gold. Also referred to as “oil slick” chain, they feature a specialized Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) or titanium-nitride coating. I found a length of it in the shop, enough to make a rare batch of pendants, and I’ll keep creating until it’s gone. You can find them now in Tempe at Brick Road Coffee or Starlight Memorial Park. All proceeds benefit nonprofit Bike Saviours Bicycle Collective. 🚴‍♀️✌🏻🌈 #supportlocalart #recycledart #tempe #bikesaviours #bicyclecollective by @bikesavioursart

Also, check out the new bike corral being fabricated by artist Andrew Seiferth @andrewseiferthart, made with repurposed bike parts. This will be a useful, protected space for cyclists to store their bikes on the property once it’s complete!

Bike art mirrors were a big hit this year, all sourced from second hand stores and the recycle scrap bin at @bikesaviours, with 100% of the proceeds benefitting Bike Saviours. I completely sold out of the sticker art/bike part mirrors, but more are on the way! It’s such a blast hitting thrift stores to find just the right mirrors and gather cool stickers from our community partners and friends. Thank you for supporting Bike Saviours Art, helping us recycle, and keep more discarded bike parts out of the landfill!🚴‍♀️✌🏻
