The truck runs, but the entire instrument cluster is dead. Verified about 12 volts at the 3-amp NAMUX fuse. At the cluster connector, with the meter on DC volts, pin 1 had around 12 volts constant power. Ground at pin 3 was checked with a test light to battery positive, it lit bright, showing a solid ground with about 0.052 volts drop. Key on, pin 13 had about 12 volts ignition power. For the network, with power off and battery negative disconnected, measured about 124.3 ohms between pins 7 and 9 on the harness side. Cluster side between the same pins was about 119.5 ohms. Powered up with the key on, back-probed the data wires. Green at pin 7 was 1.987 volts. Yellow at pin 9 was 3.395 volts. Then connected JPRO. It communicated with the PACCAR CECU3 and other modules, confirming the truck’s network was active. Found active CECU3 fault 123109, control unit cannot read messages from cluster on I-CAN. Cleared the codes and the fault returned immediately. Given verified power, ground, and active network, along with that persistent ‘no cluster messages’ fault, the evidence points to an internal failure of the instrument cluster. Cluster part number is PACCAR Q436046-100006 lol that’s how my day going the Parts like $1800 wow by @bill_roby308
