Another clip of @innschris playing with the latest iteration of my Sangha Looper. Psychedelic and exploratory - I think we have the makings of an improvised dance set 😃 ... Can't wait to try it out! by @bill_tribble

✨ INTRODUCING ✨The Frequency Experience✨
with Adam Slawson & Bill Tribble

EmboDAYers, it’s only THREE WEEKS until we gather! And today we are so excited to introduce some familiar faces to you… Adam and Bill, two very dear friends of EDUK, two amazing men, to our day festival lineup! ❤️‍🔥

@adam_slawson The Frequency Mentor, is a speaker, facilitator and founder of Plight Club. His work explores emotional mastery, nervous system regulation, consciousness and human behaviour - helping people stay connected to themselves and trust themselves when it matters most. He is the mastermind behind The Frequency Experience… As seen at Wilderness, Boomtown and Burning Man… now at Embodayfest!

And Adam will be bringing us this workshop in TWO parts…

⚡ PART 1 - TRUST YOURSELF WHEN IT MATTERS
An interactive talk where we explore the emotional and energetic mechanics behind the Law of Vibration. Discover why you default to old patterns, how your nervous system shapes your reality, and practical ways to consciously shift your state.

⚡️ PART 2 - RAVE AF
Then we take it from understanding into EMBODIMENT.

Adam teams up with aaamazing seasoned DJ and Ecstatic Dance UK resident @bill_tribble , for a primal dancefloor experience where music meets the Law of Vibration.

This is a space where you can really move energy and really allow yourself to express emotion. Release, connect and feel the kind of presence you can’t think your way into!

We can’t wait for this full power experience!
Anddddd then you can chill in the sauna after 😌

There is so much magic happening all day! Check out the link in bio for more info and tickets.

Such a blast playing with the supremely talented @phoebegarratt this afternoon. Multiplayer loops with Sangha Looper, think we're getting near to a V1 now! I just need to sort out my Apple developer account and I can share it with you all properly. #loopstation by @bill_tribble

Celebrating my DJ debut at @ecstaticdance.uk 3 years ago today! Here's @dominika_mak bringing us home a couple of weeks ago, with a live version of a track we collaborated on. It was a quiet storm in the peak of a heatwave, hottest dance of the year and my favourite one so far. Full set on my SoundCloud 😊 by @bill_tribble

☀️ It's hot!! So this Wednesday we have the option to dance outside in the garden🌲 into sunset with our silent disco headsets - or sweat it out with us inside (don't worry it's super spacious/very high ceilings and we have fans too), and swap between the two as you wish (inside is still with our normal bassy system 🔊), & with tonnes of space to express this week☀️

It'll be a beautiful and intimate Evening Session with the amazing @bill_tribble, who'll take us on a deep journey for sure🎵 And a special treat with live sound healing by @dominika_mak also 🙏

They'll be delicious cacao by @cacaosol.uk and the warmest welcome to our dance community awaits you❤️

Come join the dance, this Wednesday at the Evening Sessions with Bill Tribble @eastwaybaths ✨✨✨ taken in Hackney Wick by @bill_tribble
