This weekend was such a blessing 🤎
As an Animal Science State Project Ambassador, we decided to host a Skill-A-Thon contest and it was amazing! 51 competitors and many smiling faces. Also loved learning about the Equine Science program at PSU and I cannot wait to call this campus home next year 🍀💙 #weare taken in Penn State University by @billeeisdabest

Utter shock.
John,

Words cannot express how much we all love and appreciate the man behind the camera. You have been here with us through the highest highs, the lowest lows, and everywhere in between. Your passion and skill have captured the best memories and moments of my life, and I will forever be grateful for you.

It started with the rowdy pony who bucked me off at my first 4-H show, who then became the wonder pony who earned Reserve Grand Champion in driving later that year. Two years later, Storm brought home the gold. John was there long before I knew just how great of a man he was.

The very next year, I moved to a misunderstood horse who would not win anything except my heart. She has always been my friend when I thought I had none. John’s photographs have captured us for seven years straight. Billee and I fought our way through every battle, and I am so blessed to be able to look back and see that progress through the best artifacts of our journey.

Then there is the family I have gained through 4-H. Since the beginning, John has captured some of the greatest candid moments of all time. His album is always the first one I look through once the photos are uploaded. So many of these pictures display the deepest love that we share—the kind of love that is captured by the man who makes sure to catch the little things, especially when nobody is watching.

From 8–18, John captured the moments that made me who I am.
