Everyone sees the finished court.
Almost nobody sees what it took to build it.

There were days we questioned everything.

Long hours. Delays. Problems we never expected. Money going out faster than it was coming in. Mistakes. Stress. Days when giving up would’ve been the easiest option.

But dreams aren’t built when everything goes according to plan.

They’re built when you keep showing up, even when nobody is watching.

This video is one of those moments.

Working 24/7, cleaning bad concrete, fixing problems, wondering if all the sacrifices would ever be worth it.

Today, people come to Owners Club and see beautiful courts, great matches, smiles, and an amazing community.

What they don’t see are the hundreds of small moments like this one.

The struggle behind the scenes. The sleepless nights. The uncertainty.

I’ve never shared this part of the story before.

Because success isn’t glamorous. It’s repetitive. It’s exhausting. It’s choosing your goal over your excuses, over and over again.

If you’re building something of your own, don’t stop because it’s hard.

It’s supposed to be hard. Keep going!

One day, someone will look at what you’ve built and never realize how close you were to giving up.

And that’s okay.

Because you’ll know.

2025 has been the best year of my life.

So much happening, pressure, movement, growth, new ideas and projects. I love this game.

The main lesson of 2025: Never ever listen to losers, never listen to negative people, and stop giving a fu*k what others think.

As Marcus Aurelius said: We all love ourselves more than other people, but care more about their opinion than our own.

Keep moving no matters what. Let them think whatever they want. Being cringe or annoying at times is part of becoming your best version.
That’s the price of growth.

For the ones that need to hear this, in 2025 some thought I was too young to succeed, some that I was not that smart, or that I’m cringe sometimes. Guess what, you don’t have to prove anything to anyone.

You just keep moving forward doing your work. Grinding and building brick by brick.

Your best version of yourself is waiting you out of your comfort zone.

One of my biggest fear:

Dying and God shows me everything I could have done.

What would happen if I was never lazy, stayed accountable, never ignored my loved ones and took every risk I wanted to take. This fear motivates me to be the best version of myself every day.

Keep pushing no matter what.

Loving yourself can be hard...you agree?

It’s not easy facing yourself, especially when you’ve been running from the parts of yourself that you’ve been afraid of confronting for 20+ years.

Begin the process of self-love by writing down all the qualities you appreciate about yourself.

This is the way my coach and mentor @razvanchirita has taught me.

If you can’t think of any, then ask a close friend or family member. It’s not going to be easy the first few times but you’ll get better with dedication to your journey of self love, self respect, self acceptance, and self mastery.

If you can’t love yourself, then how you can give it to someone else?

What you give is what you get.

What is knowing without not knowing? I'm grateful for the things I know but even more grateful for the infinite things I don't know.

Curiosity, in my opinion, is one of the driving forces in life. Always striving to remain open & to have "aha" moments every single day.
