💡Tips for seeing Mt. Fuji 🗻 when flying out of Tokyo:

✈️ Fly out from Haneda Airport
✈️ Book a window seat on the right side of the plane if you are heading West(aim for rows without the plane wings)
✈️ Morning flights offer the best visibility as the sky is clearer!
✈️ Be patient and remember to take turns as many passengers will be taking pictures! The pilots usually do a slow turn to ensure you get plenty of time for pictures ! by @billsandmichelle

Tag the friend you'd walk 20,000 steps a day with in Japan 😅😂 by @billsandmichelle

🍃Spend a day at Ghibli Park with us
Spending a day at Ghibli Park felt like stepping straight into the worlds we grew up watching.

🎟️ Ticket tips:
We booked through the official Ghibli Park site. International tickets drop on the 10th of each month at 2:00PM JST, and it sold out fast. We managed to get the Standard Pass, which includes Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse, Mononoke Village, and Valley of Witches.
We wanted to get the Premium Pass, but those tickets disappeared in seconds.

✨ Create your account ahead of time
✨ Join the queue early and stay on a stable connection
✨ Have your card ready — checkout time is limited

With the cold season approaching, warm up with the dinner ramen combos at @takenaka_yvr onigiri cafe.

We enjoyed their chicken and tonkotsu ramen with creamy broth and juicy pork chashu - you can also upgrade your combo to include onigiri. Be sure to get their teishoku sets as well such as the hokkai-don with scallop, ikura and crab which comes with a today's main dish, salad, matcha soba and more.

For dessert, they also have free matcha panna cotta when you mention on Instagram stories! by @billsandmichelle

Our first flight with a 1-year-old was... an experience 😅 she didn’t sleep much the whole way, and we definitely learned our lesson the hard way.
next time, the mission is simple: tire her out before we even get near the airport. on our way back through Haneda, we figured out the ultimate game changer. we took a 30-minute train to this amazing indoor playground—it's super clean, so much fun, and completely saved our sanity by letting her run off all that crazy energy.

Comment "PLAY" and i’ll send you the exact location in your DMs! ✈️

Here is how we survived a 10 hour flight to Japan with our one year old.

Everyone says to book a flight that overlaps with their sleep schedule or a red eye flight so we went ahead and did it but it backfired 😂. Daughter did not sleep at all and was overtired...so here's what we did to keep her entertained.

Interactive petting farm in Richmond which is perfect for families, young couples or friends @uufamilyfarm

The capybara feeding was our highlight but there's so much more to do like petting the cows, enjoying the pumpkin patch or meeting all the curious animals around the farm!

Pro tip: visit near sunset for the perfect autumn glow in the pumpkin patch and fountain

📍 Vancouver

🎫 Tickets:
Ticketmaster – Kwan Gor & Kayee Live 2026

With songs like "原來她不夠愛我"、"陽光點的歌" playing, do you still remember Ng Yip-kwan from back then? This year, Ng Yip-kwan has already graced the North American stage multiple times, and this time he's teaming up with Tam Ka-yee, who has just embarked on a new chapter as an independent singer, bringing her new work "告別的平行線".

Of course, familiar hits from the show, such as "Can You Hear," are also included!

After spending 3 weeks in Japan with our 14 month old daughter, we were physically exhausted. The first thing we did when we got back was booking a head massage at Beauty Gaga with Morgan. We were tired from many sleepless nights and general chaos of an international trip so the head massage truly helped us to relax and recover!

Classic head spa is $88 for one and $150 for two people, it's the perfect date activity!
