“Tinh hoa từ biển, tinh xảo từ người”

Vươn theo tinh thần đó, The Sea, Cut Into Light là một Fashion Editorial lấy cảm hứng từ nghệ thuật khảm xà cừ – nơi tinh hoa của biển cả được cắt nhỏ, ghép lại, và gìn giữ bằng bàn tay con người.

Dưới góc nhìn của một hồn trẻ, dự án không kể về nghề như một di sản xa xôi, mà như một ký ức đang lớn lên. Mỗi mảnh xà cừ mang theo ánh sáng, thời gian, kí ức và dấu vết của đại dương; mỗi lát cắt là một hành động chậm rãi, kiên nhẫn và đầy tôn trọng.

Tương phản mạnh giữa hồn trẻ và nghệ nhân, biển được hiểu theo hình hài mới. Thông qua nhiếp ảnh và sơn mài khảm trai, tác phẩm đặt hồn trẻ vào trung tâm lưu trữ ký ức nghề, như một người tiếp nhận và trung chuyển giá trị văn hoá. Nghệ thuật thủ công không nhìn như quá khứ, mà như một dòng chảy sống — nơi mỗi thế hệ đều được kết tinh và kế thừa.

và người lớn nói: muốn giữ được biển, phải học cách cắt nó thật chậm.
Cô không làm biển vang lên.
Cô giữ lại ánh sáng của nó.”

[Ô PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST - L'OFFICIEL VIETNAM]

ECHOES OF THE HANDS kể về một âm thanh chưa từng được gõ lên, mà được lắng nghe bằng chính đôi tay của người nghệ nhân. Chiếc trống trong bộ ảnh không vội vang, nó chọn cách im lặng—như một cơ thể đang chờ được gọi tên.

Trống đứng yên, giữ lấy những khoảng lặng của mình. Sự tĩnh không phải trống rỗng, mà là một lớp nén—nơi âm thanh được ủ sâu, trước khi có hình, có tiếng.

Đến khoảnh khắc căn âm, mọi giác quan thu lại trong đôi tai và bàn tay người nghệ nhân. Không phải lực, mà là sự lắng nghe quyết định tất cả. Da trống được căng dần, dây thừng siết chặt, từng rung cảm nhỏ đến mức chỉ vừa đủ để cảm thấy. Những hạt mùn cưa mịn rơi xuống bàn tay, ghi lại độ rung mong manh ấy—như cát rơi chậm qua đồng hồ thời gian, nơi không gian buộc phải chậm và tĩnh tuyệt đối.

Khi hình dáng đã thành, trống bắt đầu giữ âm thanh cho riêng mình. Ở giai đoạn phun sơn hoàn thiện, cảm xúc được giải phóng. Sự chính xác vẫn còn đó, nhưng đi kèm là niềm thỏa mãn, hào hùng—khoảnh khắc phá tan sự im lặng kéo dài, khi nghệ nhân biết rằng chiếc trống đã sẵn sàng cất tiếng.

Hình ảnh tung mùn cưa lên không gian như một cử chỉ rất người. Một chiến thắng lặng lẽ. Những hạt bụi bay ra, vang vọng rồi quay trở lại, khép lại hành trình nơi trống và nghệ nhân không còn tách biệt—mà trở thành một nhịp thở chung.

“Sleepiness” - Bin The Explorer (Tung Bin)

Through my own experience and deep empathy, I created this work to reflect the silent fatigue of workers caught up in the hectic pace of capitalism — where even during the day, sleep lingers in the body. Time becomes a constraint, and work becomes a performance that repeats itself endlessly. In this cycle, the human spirit gradually sinks into activity, but a subtle beauty emerges in the tension between endurance and rest.

“To the countless workers trapped in capitalism’s fast-moving tide — where the self is surrendered to schedules, the heart to deadlines, and the spirit to silence — may we offer not pity, but reverence, for theirs is a quiet poetry of survival written in sweat, time, and unwavering motion.”

“Sleepiness” thực hiện bởi Bin The Explorer (Tung Bin)

Bằng trải nghiệm thực tế và sự thấu cảm sâu sắc, tôi thực hiện tác phẩm này phản ánh sự mệt mỏi âm thầm của những người lao động bị cuốn vào nhịp sống hối hả của chủ nghĩa tư bản — nơi ngay cả giữa ban ngày, giấc ngủ vẫn còn vương vấn trong cơ thể. Thời gian trở thành một ràng buộc, và công việc trở thành một màn trình diễn lặp đi lặp lại không ngừng nghỉ. Trong chu kỳ này, tinh thần con người dần chìm vào hoạt động, nhưng một vẻ đẹp tinh tế lại hiện lên giữa sự căng thẳng giữa sức chịu đựng và sự nghỉ ngơi.

“Gửi đến vô số người lao động bị mắc kẹt trong dòng chảy xiết của chủ nghĩa tư bản — nơi bản ngã bị phó mặc cho lịch trình, cống hiến hết mình, và tinh thần bị im lặng — chúng ta không nên thương hại, mà hãy dành cho họ sự tôn kính, bởi thơ ca sinh tồn lặng lẽ của họ được viết bằng mồ hôi, thời gian và chuyển động không ngừng nghỉ.”

Bộ editorial lấy cảm hứng từ giấc mơ của Lydie, về việc tái hiện hình ảnh người phụ nữ Việt Nam qua lăng kính thời trang.
Bốn trang phục trong bộ ảnh là hành trình đi qua ký ức và hiện tại — nơi sự mềm mại, dịu dàng và bản lĩnh của người phụ nữ được thể hiện bằng chất liệu, màu sắc và ánh sáng.
Vẻ đẹp ấy không nằm ở chuẩn mực, mà ở cách họ luôn chuyển mình, giữ lại nét riêng dù thời gian có đổi thay. Thời trang ở đây không chỉ để mặc, mà để kể lại câu chuyện về người phụ nữ Việt Nam — truyền thống nhưng hiện đại, mạnh mẽ nhưng vẫn đầy nữ tính.
